I have a fairly large home and am now in my 70's and cannot do the work required anymore for the upkeep of this house. I was away for quite some time leaving my husband to care for the house. He did the required vacuuming and dusting but the house really needed a good going over. I hired Ace to do the job for me and I have to say that they were professional and did a bang up job for the price they charged, which was not at all unreasonable. Wendy got in touch with me to discuss a stain in my carpet I needed cleaned before moving out. She was very pleasant on the phone and gave me information on how to mitigate a punch stain, but I was looking for a professional so I didn't end up ruining the carpet. When she came and gave me an estimate, she had a lengthy checklist as a rubric for cost. This sheet included a lot of different services, which I came to find out included move-out cleaning. I decided to go with this business for both the carpet as well as move out services, and problems began quickly. I had many of my belongings that needed to be moved left behind for me to move myself for some reason, which was problematic as I needed carpet cleaning done the next day. When I told Wendy this, she was again very pleasant and offered her help and use of her van to get my things where they needed to go. When she showed up the next day to assist me and clean my carpet, however, she was completely different. She arrived and began screaming at me about how she didn't have time for this and what an issue I have made. It was extremely unprofessional. After she calmed down and we talked briefly, I paid her in cash for the services she was about to do and I left, as I had things to do. When I came back the next day to see the results, I was shocked. It was as if she made a few things look clean to give the impression more had been done. To name only a few, the stove was not completed, the refrigerator top was not cleaned, portions of the carpet were not done, and none of the light fixtures were cleaned. I paid her money for a clean out which was not completed, only to then receive a clean out bill from my property manager for having an uncleanly move out. This is completely ridiculous and I would not recommend Ace Carpet to anyone.

Ace is a family own Co. they paid attention to detail , very professional curtious ,Wendy made sure we went over the job and made sure I as satisfied with the service well worth the call.made another appt. for my tile cleaning, Small business is they way to go .they are on my Favorite redial, .I recommend them an A+

I recently purchased a house that was sold to me in pretty bad condition. The entire inside of the house was extremely dirty. This was no problem for them, they rolled up there sleeves and went right to work bringing my new home back to life. They are extremely hard working and professional. I would highly recommend them for house cleaning.
