Very unprofessional. The owner complained about other clients' living conditions which I found to be very distasteful. She quoted me a specific price for a specific suite of service, did not follow through on those services, then became indignant when I pointed this out.

They did an A plus plus job… Removed all my old carpeting, treated my floor for pet odors, sealed the entire floor and then installed brand new padding and the new carpeting I bought. I would hire them again in a New York minute, they are the best.

Wool carpet cleaned 2 weeks ago - Beautifully done. Whole house cleaned yesterday. Truly excellent. They did not miss anything, and I looked. They even cleaned the toaster crumb drawer. Bathrooms and kitchen were pristine. Wendy and crew were courteous and on time. I highly recommend this team and will use them monthly.
