They did a great job the first visit and have continued to assist us twice monthly. They are responsive, easy to work with, and consistent. I would rec. them to others!!!!!

It was a pleasure to have TLC clean our home. I needed to arrange a thorough cleaning before the holidays, and called TLC based on the reviews here on Angie's List. As others have mentioned, Cathy was remarkably prompt, friendly and professional in describing their service and making arrangements to do the project. The quality of their work was very high and their attention to detail was impressive... I noted with happiness and surprise that they cleaned the top of our washing machine and the inside of our toaster oven, which were things I didn't even think to request. The house looked perfect by the time they finished... I will certainly be using TLC on a regular basis.

Cathy was great at getting back to me and working with me to get cleaners out to our house before we moved all our stuff in. They did a wonderful job cleaning an old house with lots of dirty nooks and crannies. Given the time I was quoted, they were unable to do a thorough cleaning job in the kitchen, but Cathy called me to tell me the kitchen was less than satisfactory and offered to have them come back. I was happy with their services and plan on using them again in the future.

Fantastic service. I would recommend TLC to anyone. Our house was a cluttered mess, and we did not know where to turn. Lorraine worked with us on every room, and now our house is clean and organized. Best phone call I ever made.

In moving to a new neighborhood, I was unsure where to turn for a reliable company to handle pre-move-in cleaning of my new co-op. Complicating matters was the tight time frame between the completion of construction work I was having done and my looming moving day. I literally had one day between the end of construction and my move-in date. Lorraine was sympathetic to my schedule, gave me an approximate cost and was able to have her crew come to the apartment the afternoon before I moved in. She brought the team, came in with them to assess what had to be done, gave complete instructions and advised me how long it would take. When the job was complete, she called me to confirm the price (which was as she had estimated), When I arrived in advance of the moving truck the next day, I was absolutely thrilled to see my floors and surfaces sparkling, the kitchen and bathroom spotless and the closets immaculate and ready to receive all my stuff. I couldn't have been happier with the work done by the TLC staff (particularly after a hellish move-out experience that morning). Once all trace of the moving boxes is gone, I'll be setting up a regular cleaning schedule with TLC. Excellent work!

The ladies of TLC have been cleaning my house weekly for over a year now, and I am a very satisfied customer. They are completely professional, punctual, thorough, and dependable. It takes three ladies two hours to clean my 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house - and they do excellent work. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone.

TLC arrived within the time promised, in fact, Lorraine called ahead of time to let me know that they were running late. Lorraine reviewed with me in detail the areas to clean, instructed her crew and then left. The crew consists of 3 Spanish speaking women, very professional and hard working. They were at the house for 4 hours and worked diligently the entire time. At the end of the 4 hour block, Lorraine reviewed their work, pointed out a few things (like the baseboards) that she felt weren't clean enough and the crew redid those items. I plan to use TLC in the future for weekly cleaning.

We were absolutely delighted with the service, the company and the employees. We would recommend TLC to anyone and we intend to remain customers ourselves.

I just bought a house that obviously hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, in a long time. On Wednesday I called for a deep and thorough cleaning of my house, and they were able to fit me into their schedule for Friday. They were extremely punctual and worked very hard. The tub in one of the bathrooms was full of rust and grime when they got there, and when they left it was beautiful. They charged $35pp/hour, which I thought was very reasonable for exactly how hard they worked. Two women were there for ~4.5 hours and there are some things that they didn't get to, like the basement and there were some marks on the walls that could have been cleaned. But what they did clean, they did a very good job. I could have asked them to stay longer and finish the things I saw, but I was happy with what they had done and the small things that were left, I could do. They did a very good job in a pretty short amount of time. I was impressed.

They did a very nice job at a reasonable price. They did a good job of cleanup. The final job looks very neat. The price was fair.

Initial meeting with Lorraine was pleasant and professional. She surveyed the house and we agreed on weekly service ($130/week) with an initial cleaning that would be more expensive and take longer ($300+.) The initial cleaning was quite thorough. Three or 4 Latino women spent a several hours here cleaning. Then they've come back weekly about 6 or 7 times now. Lorraine checks up on the service and continues to be friendly and professional. Lorraine speaks fluent Spanish with the other women which seems reassuring as I don't speak Spanish. When Lorraine isn't here our communication is usually limited to a couple of words, but we get by. We are very happy with TLC.

TLC was very professional and polite. Four energetic workers did an initial cleaning(slightly more expensive than subsequent cleanings will be)with thoroughness and speed. They were well supervised. I'm please that these folks will be coming once a month to my home.

It went very well. We worked hard trying to organize my office. Lorriane was absolutely fantastic!!

The bathrooms were very bad & needed a lot of hard work to clean. Lorraine confirmed the time with my sister-in-law, dropped off 2 workers & gave them detailed instructions. They did an excellent job. Lorraine called when they were almost done.

Reliable, friendly, reasonable price.

Kathy, the owner, drives the workers to the house at 8:30 precisely. They are always the same workers, sometimes two, sometimes three, and work hard and efficiently the whole time they are there. They are pleasant and cooperative and do an excellent job.

They have cleaned for me for years and always complete a very good job.

We work regularly on my disorganized house they help me stay organized.

They have been here 3 times now, and each week, Lorraine always asks in the beginning if there is anything particular that needs attention, and they do it. She always checks before they leave to be sure that everything was cleaned properly. I ask them to use my cleaning supplies, and they always put them back where they belong. I have hired them to come on a weekly basis. The girls are all polite, no one smokes, and they do an excellent cleaning.

Excellent experience from start to finish.

We called for an appointment and Lorraine came over and gave us a price. We set up an appointment for the following week for the to do the work. They came on time and did an excellent cleaning job. They also used my green cleaning products which I greatly appreciated.

The co-owner Cathy described the company's services and practices clearly and in a friendly way. She made me feel warmly welcomed to her business. The staff comes on time and works steadily throughout the designated work time. Cathy drives them to me and picks them up. In contrast to my previous housecleaners, these ladies REALLY DO CLEAN the house and don't have an "attitude." I noticed them clean little details too. My house is ever so much cleaner than it used to be. What a pleasure. The ladies are friendly, polite, and respond well when asked to clean something specific. The cleaners speak Spanish which is fine since I speak it well enough; when I need help translating, Cathy helps me. I am glad I used Angie's List to find them.

Eight hours of work well worth it. I wasn't home but my husband was. He was very impressed. I will have them regularly for 4 hours to do maintenance. It was a good start and I would definitely recommend them. There are some areas for improvement but I have paid more and seen less accomplished.

We had a "need to clean tomorrow emergency" and Cathy & Lorraine rearranged the schedule to help us out, and we were first time customers! They are professional, courteous,attentive to details and considering it was a much needed cleaning, they did a great job. We will be using them again very soon.
