They were very professional and the price was reasonable and they did a very good job. I would use them again.

Overall it was a good experience. I just tried her the one time. She came out and I liked her presentation and would recommend her. She came out with three people.

The team showed up on time and moved through my house cleaning where the house had not really been cleaned before. Lorraine gave me an approximate time and cost and she was right on the money. I have had the time back and will continue to use them.

Very thorough but very expensive as well

We hired TLC expecting the house to be empty. On the morning they showed up the remains of an estate sale were everywhere. Husband reports it looked like a bomb had gone off. The team of cleaners worked around this, under and over, and even helped with the bagging for removal. When help arrived to take the last furniture and stuff away, the place looked as hoped...spotless and sparkling. The business is professional, competent, and sympathetic--perfect.

I needed a cleaning service after a family emergency. When I called, they were so responsive and got back to me quickly. She had to rearrange their schedule to accommodate me. The cleaning team arrived on time, worked professionally and thoroughly, and did a wonderful job. The price was reasonable. I really appreciated not only the excellent work that was done, but also their kindness and consideration. I would definitely use them again.

There is little more to add. TLC did an outstanding job, and did it smoothly, efficiently and with no problems.

They are extraordinary and totally honest. They are excellent. They are very very careful and are really meticulous about the work that they do. They are extremely professional, and they have a key to my house. They just did a post construction cleaning for me, which was meticulous. The biggest thing about them is that they are reliable and honest. I don’t worry about who is coming into my house. If anything weird happens, they let me know. They don’t hide stuff, and they don’t say they don’t know what happened. If there is a problem with the vacuum cleaner, they tell me. They don’t look surprised. Basically, they take responsibility for their work. They are bonded and insured. They are really very client centered. Their price is reasonable considering the work they are doing. Over the years, I have recommended them to many people.

They are good. They are reliable and do a good job. I will use them in the future.

TLC did a good job cleaning our home, but they were not very eco friendly. I provided the cleaning products they used, but they told me what to buy. So many cleaning companies use green products these days. I felt bad buying harsh chemicals for TLC to use in our home. They also used a lot of paper towels. (Perhaps other companies do too, but it was obvious that they were using a lot since I was the one buying them.) Their price was comparable to other quotes we got from local companies when we were looking for a cleaning service.

I wasn't bothered with all the details of the move and disposal of the items that no one in the family wanted. She promised to make sure these items found homes by donating them to a shelter. Her staff then cleaned and emptied my apartment so that it was ready to sell. This whole process could have been a very painful one for me and my daughter-in-laws but it went very smoothly. Thanks to Loraine and her staff, I couldn't have done it without her!

They did an excellent job. They were on time and finished within a few hours. They cleaned the hardwood floors better than we thought they could be cleaned since they had paint on them and did a great job on the bathrooms. Overall we were pretty happy.

I like everything about the service and it is superb. They are on time. They are flexible. They do a fantastic job and I have told all my friends about them. I always tell the women when they are here that I love them and the way they clean. They do a very thorough and excellent job. The owner of the company is very accessible and very nice. I have nothing bad to say about them and they are just fantastic. I have also told all my friends about Angie's List because I would not have found them were it not for Angie's List. They are great.

I needed to find someone quick to clean a rental house for new tenants. The floors had just been sanded and stained, and there was a layer of dust everywhere. Cathy responded to my message quickly on a Friday, and was at my house early Monday morning, before I got there!She had 3 very professional employees and they did a great job. They cleaned inside of cabinets, the oven the fridge, closets, every nook and cranny was clean. Even the basement. I would definitely recommend Cathy.

They arrived on time with 3 people and the owner. After looking through the house and me telling them what I wanted done, they immediately went to work. I was very satisfied with the work.

,The TLC staff are very professional and extremely thorough. Their cleaning staff knows what to do and how to do it. The cleaning ladies were dropped off at my house, ran the vacuum and changed and washed the sheets, picked up the mess in my son's bedroom, washed and waxed the bathrooms, kitchen and wood floors. It was so nice to come home and find the house clean and the dishwasher emptied. All the stuff I wanted them to do, they did! The house smelled so great and each one of my rooms were completely clean and all the dust was gone! The best part was how long it stayed clean!I would completely recommend them.If you try them you will never use another cleaning service again!

They did a really great job, however at the end of the cleaning the owner/manager told me that future cleanings would cost $180 every two weeks. My cleaning lady at the time did just about as good a job and only charged $120. I now have a new cleaning lady who does about 10% more -- really spectacular, for $90. So, while TLC was very good, and they charge what a lot of other cleaning services in Westchester charge, I just don't think the value is there, especially in this economy.

We are pleased overall. The one thing that stand out compared to other services we’ve used is that we have to supply the products, but that isn’t a big deal. They do a good job, things are always nice and neat when they leave, they are fast, and they are as quiet as they can be.

They did not clean up one room where we had our dog locked up as he is not friendly. We are happy with them and we can't think of anything negative to say about them. Ms. Cathy and Ms. Lorraine are the owners. They are very co-operative. They usually call and make sure of the time that they are coming. They work with us and they are very good.

OK. I rated the price as a B because it was a lot for the amount of work that was required. However, Lorraine had told me in our initial conversation that they had a minimum charge of $120 and I had accepted that.

She has been very good at organizing. She knows how to get things done. I am almost to the point where I am organized with the papers and fully functional. She is very good with that. She is a very intelligent person, she has a very wide range of knowledge. She is also very personable.

Cathy and Lorraine have been really easy and pleasant to work with, and the people who do the cleaning are extremely nice and do a fantastic job cleaning. It is not a big company, and I like that. There is a small staff so though you might not have exactly the same people each week, you know all of them. I am extremely happy to have found TLC Cleaning and highly recommend them to others.
