Description of Work: They arrived before time. The lead person was curt. Her staff did not follow instructions that I had given. The level of cleaning done didn't match up to their name 'TLC'.

We have searched our records and do not find a work order for the address provided for this customer. We do not service New York City so we've called Angie's List Business Center to ask them to look into this. As is apparent from our reviews, it is so out of character for myself or my business partner to act unprofessional and so we are very concerned with this review representing our company. It is also out of character for our employees to disregard the instructions given to them by our customers.

Description of Work: There were stipulations we were not aware of, if there are 4 people here they only stay 45 minutes. This is in a 700 sq ft apt. Had to consistantly point out what was not done. Cursory cleaning. Disappointed overall, several chances were given. Have had more proficient cleaning services and will go back to them.

We were sorry to hear that [member name removed] was unhappy with our service. Unfortunately the first time we heard of her dissatisfaction was when she cancelled. During those times when we contacted her to schedule or advise of our arrival time, not once did she indicate her dissatisfaction. If we had been informed, we would have immediately rectified any of the issues she might have had. It is difficult for us as owners to know when there's a problem unless we are advised of it. We really do pride ourselves in making our customers satisfaction our number one priority.

Description of Work: First, I strongly recommend that anyone in need of a cleaning service that requires professionalism and responsiveness- not under any circumstance use this service. On Sat., Sept. 29th., I sent TLC an E-Mail as advertised on Angies List which indicates they will respond in one day, the E-Mail was ignored. On Monday, Oct. 1st., I called and left a voice message explaining my needs, I followed up with a second call and finally spoke with someone who was driving at the time and promised to get back to me either way if they could help because they were busy, and that I should resend the E-Mail which I did and again it was ignored. Someone from this company in fact called my office and the receptionist asked if they'd like to speak with me and they said no. This kind of un- professionalism and lack of response to the needs of a potential customer certainly does not warrant the trust of anyone in need of a caring and responsive service. They have not had the courtesy nor care to respond to date.

The first contact we received from the member was on Monday. At that time we explained that we would not be available to accommodate him for two weeks due to our busy schedule. It was during the Jewish holidays. We did inform him that we would call him if we had a cancellation, which we did. Unable to reach him directly, we left a message a week or so after our first conversation with him asking him to call us to discuss scheduling. We didn't hear back from him so we assumed he was able to find another cleaning company. It was quite a surprise to see such a scathing report since we did what any other company would do in this situation. Unfortunately it is impossible to please everyone, though we do try.

Description of Work: The owner is very professional and responsive to our specific requests. The cleaning crew is very good at what they do. Hardwood floors were perfect. Clean and polished. Overall I highly recommend TLC Cleaning.

It went really well.
Description of Work: Kathy and Lorraine worked really hard to fit me into their schedule since my hours make anything difficult to schedule. Lorraine and her crew arrived on time, worked really fast and hard (I had an ER Dr's app't to get to) and did a great job. My apartment sparkled. I have already scheduled the next visit.
