Description of Work: Cut down large stump and ground roots plus all 5 stumps through yard. Trimmed 5 large oaks

Description of Work: I have dealt with many vendors over the years and Perfect Cut was AWESOME!!! I had about 4 quotes for the removal of 2 trees including the stumps. Perfect Cut's price was VERY competitive with the others. John (the owner) came out to give me a quote. He was the only one to walk around my property pointing out other trees that needed "cleaning up". The best part he didn't charge me extra for that. Another vendor wanted $200 to put a chain up to hold up a branch. Perfect Cut removed the branch in question as part of the job. The crews were all professional and address all my needs. They carefully removed branches that were close to my house. They also had to get heavy equipment into my backyard and they carefully moved the equipment without going into my neighbors grass. If you are need tree work done, you have to call Perfect Cut. I needed some more trees removed and I called Perfect Cut again and they should be out here a couple of weeks. Thanks again John for running your business with such integrity and honesty. Thanks to your crews for caring about doing the job right!!!!

Description of Work: I called or emailed to contact Perfect Cut for service as they came highly recommended by my neighbor. They never responded.

Description of Work: Called for estimate gentleman came reviewed work needed wrote estimate work to be done on 12/12/2012 very professional On 12/11/2012 i called to get an approximate time frame when they would arrive on the next day. Had to call 3 times to hear "we're not sure but we'll call you back.". Bottom line they never called back. When i called the next day i was told they wouldn't be in my area that day and couldn't do the job. Told them to cancel the job and return my deposit which they did.
