Perfect Cut Tree Service & Mulch Inc

I know that Perfect Cut is very popular. But the rep came out to give us a quote on clearing some trees and some land. He stated $3,000 for clearing the land, we shook hands on it, and then he refused to honor it. We never received the estimate for clearing the land, the receptionist said there was none to be sent, and he refused to return our calls. I was shocked. He's worked for us before. All he needed to do was be professional and admit that he wouldn't honor the price. I can't hire someone so dishonorable; this was simply to unprofessional on too many fronts.

They cut down tall trees to prevent them from falling. The pricing was fair. They were extremely careful with a very tall trees and they are honest.

The trees were cut down and removed from our property. When they left my property was clean of all debris from the cuttings. Excellent price, excellent work, highly recommended.

They did a great job. The price was good. They were right here when they said they would be and did what they were contracted to do. We were very happy with them.

It went well. They did a very good job of cutting down the trees. They did not always respond to the phone calls.

Job from start to finish was preformed with care not to damage anything around the area. Crew did a excellent job cleaning up after they finished.

The tree trimming went well. There was an issue on the placement of the leg of the crane and it cracked part of the walkway. Perfect cut is doing the thing and having it repaired for me.

The only problem was that I had to call several times before the stump was finally removed 6 weeks after the tree had been cut down.

They had an excellent price and beat anyone else around. They arrived on time and did an amazing job and cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend

Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. Literally 30 unreturned phone calls over a 2 week period after written estimate provided to my wife by John in person. Finally a call back stating and I quote "the cost will be DRASTICALLY" higher than their written estimate - Tony. Speaking to Tony, also made clear that the job could not be started for "at least a MONTH". This business does not stand by their written estimates, does not return phone calls, classic BAIT AND SWITCH. Did not even have the decency to let us know perhaps after 10 unreturned phone calls that they did not want the job. Will report them to the BBB. We deal with contractors all the time doing renos and work to rental properties. Save yourself time and aggravation.

They even had to go up and down a sloping yard to dispose of the tree into their trucks. They were personable as my 17 month old daughter kept waving through the window at them.

First off, i must say as a pretty new homeowner i am finding out that anyone could possibly own a business but not everyone is capable of doing good business giving quality service.IT JUST SEEMS LIKE COMPANIES JUST SLAP A NAME ON A TRUCK AND GET A CELL PHONE AS THEIR OFFICE LINE AND NOW ITS A BUSINESS. WITH THESE MODERN TIMES IT SEEMS LIKE GOOD OLD FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT THE WINDOW.THIS IS WHY I JUST DONT RECOMMEND SOMEONE UNLESS THEY MET MY HIGH EXPECTATIONS OF SERVICE. WE ALL KNOW A COMPANY YES YOU TO DEATH UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY. John showed up on time to give me a reasonable quote. His team came on time and took down 4 trees and trimmed back another. They were fast and cleaned up all debris, They stack the firewood exactly where I asked them too. I would highly recommend.

The job was quoted onsite with a walkthrough at a fair price. The work was scheduled within a few days. The work was performed by a skilled team. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

It went wonderfully. Such hardworking teams and great communication with everyone. The owner is a great guy as well. We met him for a quote and didn't realize we were with the owner himself. Such a humble and great business man.

Perfect Cut was hired to remove a dead tree near the edge of my property. They also removed two bushes from my front yard, and a tree branch that had snapped. When all work was completed, they returned a few days later to grind down a few stumps on my property. The work was accurately performed and the cost was reasonable. The workers were very fast and courteous...took about an hour to complete the work. They arrived on-time and cleaned up when the job was done. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

These guys are the best! The owner came and assessed the job. I spoke to him a few times on the phone to go over details. He was very kind, courteous, and professional. The people in the office were also very nice and extremely helpful. They arrived on time, took down 8 trees, left the place clean and clear of all wood and debris. We've worked with quite a few tree trimmers, and hands down, this company is better than all of them combined. They have certainly won our business and trust.

I can not say enough about the quality and workmanship of the service provided by Perfect Cut Tree Service. I have used the Company several times with today being the most recent and continue to be impressed with not only the Service Provided but the Competitive Prices they offer. Perfect Cut does it again. I hired them in 2010 and they are still delivering outstanding quality at a very affordable price. The crew arrived on time and was clearly highly skilled. They brought in a large crane into a very tight driveway and manuevered it magnificently. They cleaned up very well, and worked so as not to damage the lawn. I cannot say enough good things about how well Perfect Cut performed this work.

simple, though they had to reschedule one time due to rain, they came , went, and took down and away the trees while we were at work, my only objection is ,my discovery of a pile of bark, left on our yard near a curb which I believe they left . it is, a small pile relative to the size of the two large trees, but still a bit of a mess that I have to clean up and dispose of. I will add that it is possibly not their fault, once before our neighbor's lawn and yard care service decided that the easiest way do dispose of a bunch of branches was to push them over on to our yard.
