They did an excellent job. The previous owners of my home must've had the worst contractors. The garage was leaking, so he sloped the roof and added gutters, but it did not fix the problem. His crew came by and did a thorough check and saw that there was a seal missing in one of the windows of the second floor of the house that was causing water to get all the way down to the garage. They came and fixed it for no additional charge. Perry is professional and very easy to work with. I would most definitely use him again for any roofing jobs I may have.

Perry was very cooperative and responsive throughout the whole process of doing my roof. He dealt with my insurance company and worked out pricing that we were all happy with.He removed my old roof and put on a new one taking care to help advise me to what would be best for my roof. His team came and did my roof quickly and with little hassle. They came back and cleaned up all residual mess. The roof looks beautiful!! They were very friendly and professional to deal with. Perry's team just finished putting all new shingles on our roof. From beginning to end, the experience was great. They have always been on time and estimates given have always been accurate. Perry was incredibly responsive to our calls and emails and worked directly with our insurance company to help us with our claim. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of roof repairs.

Perry was prompt in returning my call. We set up an appointment for an estimate and he was on time. He explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I told him to go ahead with the job. He promised he would complete the work by the end of the week and he did.

They were immediately responsive to my call and came over within the next day to assess the roof. the price was competitive with another company and the work was done within a few days. there was a slight error on the invoice which Perry Verrone corrected immediately and graciously. Perry was great, he has an amazing installation crew. We needed a whole new roof including plywood, Perry came in explained all of our options, and was ready to go with the rip and replace right when we needed him there. Two days later we had a 2 man crew working in the rain to get the final parts of the job done. I would highly recommend Perry for all of your roofing needs.

Perry Verrone Roofing was professional , on time and on projected budget. His crew arrived on time every day , worked hard and cleaned up the job site ever day. Perry Verrone and his very capable crew chief provided direct oversight and were completely accesable to us for explanations. The one minor problem that we mutual acknowledged with Perry was that if his description of what would be done was more detailed some misconceptions we developed could have been avoided. We would use Perry Verrone if we ever need another roof.

Verrone Roofing put a new roof on my house several years ago and I was completely satisfied. My roof looks the same today as it did when it was completed. Verrone showed up with a large team and completed the work in one day. I could not asked for a better cleanup. My neighbors were also impressed. Perry Roofing did a terrific job. On work day, an army of workers (about 12) came to my house and completely removed the old roof and replaced it in the same day. Perry?s crew worked 12 hours, were very hard-working, professional and very efficient. The cleanup was impeccable and you would never know that they had been there. The roof looks terrific. My neighbors say that it looks great and they are amazed that it was finished in one day. Perry was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. His price was very fair. I would definitely recommend Perry Verrone Roofing (I already have) for any roofing work.

The job was professionally done in one day on one of the hottest days of the year. They covered the sides of the house and yard with tarps so that the debris would be easy to clean up. The large crew--about 10 guys-were working in various teams in different areas of the roof. Some were tearing of the old cedar shakes, others were tearing off the shingles and others were putting on the new shingles. Some of my neighbors came over the next day and said they could not beleive that the whole job--including the clean up-was completed in one day. All-in-all the job went very smoothly and was professionally executed. I would definitely recommend Perry Verrone Roofing for any roofing work. Perry was very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions and delivered as promised.

I have always been wary of hiring a contractor. I needed to have my house sided, so I was stuck. I find that a contractor for any job seems to always give you the "This is not right:",or "we're going to have to add this to the price." The emotional baggage for the job ends up on my shoulders. A neighbor had just had their roof done, and they highly reccommended their contractor, Perry Verrone. I contacted him, we agreed on a very fair price, and he helped me sort through the choice of materials. They started the job almost immediately, which lasted through the week. They were fastidiously neat, and best of all, they took care of everything, and I never had to be involved in the work. Perry is easy to get along with; his workers are skillful and friendly, and it was the best contact experience I've ever had.

He was excellent. Everything was perfect. There were no problems at all. He did a great job and he cleaned up after himself. I think the price was fine. He wasn’t the least expensive and he wasn’t the most expensive. He wasn’t the cheapest and I wouldn’t take that to be a negative. I get what I pay for. The quality of his work was very good and his responsiveness was excellent.

Perry was very helpful in assisting us in choosing the right materials for the roofing project, and evaluating what was needed. The work was done neatly and surpisingly very quickly. There were 10 guys workning sun up to sun down to complete the job for three days straight on a very large ranch house (approx 6000 square foot ground level including the garage). Very happy with the result. Another positive is that he is one of only a few GAF Master Elite certified installers in Westchester, NY, which not only gives a much better warranty from GAF, but also has GAF come out and inspect after about 5 months. Final note, we had a problem with one of the skylights (which he did not install or was responsible for) which leaked from a cracked copper flashing that was pre-installed on the window. Even though it wasn't his resonsiblity, his guys came to protect the house about 2 hours after we called on a Saturday morning. That is great service andcommitment.

The price was very competitive; it was the best price you could get. They were efficient, polite and well trained. They showed up at 8:00 am and got the whole job done at about 6:30 pm. In terms of price and quality, it was very good. I would use their services again in the future.

We were having water penetration (i.e., leaking) problems related to our home's chimney. While it took a while to figure out where the water penetration was coming from, Perry's go-to guy, Mike, was able to figure it out and remedy the problem. Here are some tips when it comes to chimney repair that should come with the instruction manual to every home: 1) always start with the easiest to fix repairs first before re-flashing: re-point the mortar, if necessary; apply apply three coats of penetrating water proofing (one application per day over three days); then, if that doesn't work, think about reflashing.
