It was very easy to work with the company from getting an estimate for a full roof replacement and having the work completed in a timely fashion. The price for the work was very competitive and the company's proposal was very detailed. Despite the complexity of coordinating with a different company to remove and replace solar panels, they were able to schedule the work. The team was courteous and professional. They completed the entire job in one day! Given the amount of work and the debris from the old roof, the job site was kept very clean and precautions were taken to avoid any damage outside the perimeter of the house. I highly recommend Perry Verrone for roof work.

Excellent! First class service from start to finish.

Job was Quality One. The crew of 8 workers showed up to begin the work. In 3 hrs. my 2000 sq. Homes roof was removed. Crew maintained a clean work site at all times. Total job took 1 and 1/2 days to complete. Plywood pieces replaced as needed. Dumpster gone and crew cleaned up and left like it never happened. Oh forgot to mention Perry’s price was $3,000. Less than the other 2 bids. Amazing

Great experience. QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE and GREAT Customer service-> I got estimates from a few roofers. Not only did Perry's give the best price he was also the only one who responded to every question and concern I had. For example I asked exactly how was the prices calculated for the work. WHile the other roofers either ignored the question or gave vague responses - extra safety needed,, insurance, ...in other words they never gave a valid answer, .Perry was the only one who gave straight answers. No matter how many times I asked questions, he responded quickly and with a valid answer. His price was a lot lower than the competition for the EXACT same GAF ROOF and with a better WARRENTY. All his employees were professional, friendly, took pride in their work and did a GREAT Job. THANK YOU

Job went perfect, Perry Verrone is a man of his word and his crew of men couldn't of done a better job! If I knew all of their phone #'s I would call each one of them and thank them for a job well done! 14 square of shingles on a two story building building remove, replace, and clean up with no trace of anything left on the property, totally satisfied with the work performed. Perry provided the quote and I thought was very thorough in what was included and shingle options. They also were able to start right away and the quote was competitive. What went well is they started as scheduled and the communications with the office was very good. The job was completed but there were a few issues. One relatively minor issue is the clean-up could've been better. They did put down tarps to catch debris, but after the job I found nails across the yard and driveway and shingle debris. They also damaged a roofcap which i spotted after the job was done. To their credit, when i let them know they repaired it nicely the next day. Lastly, after the job was done, I also noticed several nails were protruding through a skylight. Again, they came back the next day to remove the nails, but it left a bit of damage where the skylight meets the ceiling.

Perry Verrone did a first class job in replacing our roof. The price was competitive, and we got value for our money. The work crew was on time and top notch. David, the company representative with whom I dealt, was knowledgeable and straightforward. Very happy with the job.

We had a cedar roof (almost 10,000 sq feet) that we wanted to replace with Davinci slate. Perry was excellent. He explained the various roofing materials, was very professional and did a fantastic job in planning and completing the job in just under 2 weeks. Roof looks amazing and I have NEVER seen a contractor this responsive and professional and knowledgeable.

The selection of a Velux sun tunnel proved to be an outstanding choice for our renovation plan. David was considerate and effective in managing the process and the installation team was exceptional. In the process the team observed some needed repairs on the roof and priced and completed those very fairly as well. We're absolutely thrilled with the results!

In general, it went well. There was a breakdown in communication with the office and the crew as to what work was to be done and it took a bit to get that corrected, but in the end, they completed the job as agreed and the work was well done.

Perry Verrone is easy to deal with and the installation crew was very good, happy workers, a good team. The office staff was also very good with communication. Work was done in a day and a half. I appreciated that Perry met two other competitor's pricing when we were in discussion this past Winter. They also repaired some damage under the vinyl siding in one area and stop future leaking onto dining room ceiling.

Responsive to initial call, were able to diagnose the source of my roof leak and repair the problem quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

Company replaced the roof and removed all debris. Shortly afterwards there was a small look from the chimney area but the repair guys came out and fixed it two or three days later with minimum fuss. Cost paid included $200 fee to spread payment over 3 months.

Appointment made and minor reschedule due to weather was kept. Work completed expeditiously with no leftover mess or significant damage to foundation plantings. There has not yet been enough time to evaluate whether chimney is now completely water resistant, but no water apparent from last rainstorm.

The work was done professionally as was the cleanup afterwards.

Great experience overall. The team was timely, efficient, clean, courteous and professional. Essentially done all in one day. One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. Highly recommended.

Very well. The job was done in one day. Perry was on site and involved in the job from start to finish. The area was left clean. We have found a few nails but that's to be expected. We've recommended Perry to several people in the area. Perry was easy to work with. Never felt I was getting a "pitch" like with some of the companies. His cost fell in the middle out of 5 estimates.

The crew came and did the whole job in 1 day and cleaned up great. Roof looks great the no longer have leak around the fireplace chimney with the new flashing.

Two areas leaked when work was completed and they had to be contacted to return and patch spots they hadn't completed correctly the first time. (Note they did not fix the interior leak damage that they caused.) My main complaint though is they quoted me a price, then wouldn't provide the 10% Angie's List Member discount they have on the AL site. They said they'd already quoted me a rock bottom price. They eventually gave me about a 5% discount.

Excellent! From start to finish, they were a delight, professional, and amazingly efficient. They came with a big crew and completed the massive job in two days. Everything was done and cleaned flawlessly. It looks fabulous.

Perry was super professional about communication and service. After having a really unfortunate and costly situation with another roofing "professional" Perry was a delight and, frankly, restored my faith in builders. The cost of the job was better than reasonable, and materials were of highest quality. He was up front about any possibility of additional charges, which, after all, were minimal (job required a bit more ply wood), His crew was prompt, polite and extremely hard working. By the end of one day, voila, fabulous new roof. More than one neighbor stopped by to admire the quality of the work, and lightning speed of the crew. The experience was so satisfying, I wish I had another house to re-roof.

I realized that it was time for me to replace my roof. I spent a good amount of time researching contractors in my area and learning as much as I could about the kind of work that would have to be done to my roof. One of the issues that concerned me the most had to do with the fact that almost every contractor I spoke with couldn't give me a firm price for the cost to replace any damaged plywood that might have to be replaced. They told me that they couldn't determine how much plywood would have to be replaced until they removed the shingles. Perry worked with me to put together what I felt was a reasonable cost estimate with the understanding that the plywood might be an issue. After putting together a proposal which I felt was reasonable, Perry scheduled the work. When his crew appeared at my house, I was astounded by the speed with which his team worked. As it turned out not only did I have a significant amount of damaged plywood but once the plywood was removed I also needed to have some rafters replaced. This was never anticipated and while it was an additional cost, I felt that Perry was reasonable in the cost of the add on. His guys worked hard and fast and within a few days, an amazing amount of work had been done, I had a new roof and my property was left without any significant refuse or damage. I can without reservation recommend Perry Verrone roofing.

David was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Unfortunately, we wasn't present for the full job, leaving it to a foreman who who left the job incomplete. Had I not climbed the roof myself to inspect the job, it wouldn't have been finished. I was invoiced in full. I pointed out the job seemed incomplete based on the agreed scope of work, and David returned and finished a good quality job. He also knocked $100 off the invoice. I recommend having him do a walk through, prior to payment.
