I called Perry Verrone, along with two other roofing companies, the day after a major storm. Perry Verrone was the only one to return my call. They were prompt in scheduling an appointment to come out. David thoroughly explained what was likely causing the leak and how they would fix it. They were able to complete the repair in a timely fashion. And, the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again for future issues.

He did a great job. He was fast and everything from the start to the finish was seamless.

Perry's Roofing Company did an amazing job on our roof . After 25 years, it was time to replace our roof. We called Perry Verrone and a few other roofers to get estimates. After doing our homework, researching reviews and just getting a brief education on roofs and then meeting and speaking with many, we decided to hire Perry. Basically the job involved, removing all existing asphalt roofing and carting it away. All rotted plywood was replaced. Ice and snow barrier installed on all gutter edges and valleys. Paper installed on entire roof. Timberline shingles installed, copper chimney flashing installed and gutters and leaders installed. I would highly recommend Perry's Roofing Company and would definately call them for any roofing needs we may ever have again. Professional, honest and responsible. So happy that we came across them through Angies List!! Thank you.

We were more than pleased with our new roof. Perry's crew were amazing workers. They arrived at 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning and tore off the old roof shingles down to the sheeting within 3 hours. They laid down the Armor underlay and ice shield all around the edges. They laid copper valleys, air vents and new ridge vents. There were 11 or 12 men working and were finished by 3:30 the same afternoon. They did a meticulous cleanup. The gutters and leaders were done on Monday. The roof is beautiful! Excellent, excellent company. Bravo, Perry !!

Perry's Roofing, LLC were true professionals throughout the entire process. From the estimate to the final cleanup we were impressed with the fact that know roofing and we are benefitting from their knowledge and experience. I highly recommend this company for your roof work.

From Project Manager David Reisner, to their army of workers, to their office staff, everyone of them were true professionals. A team of at least a dozen workers appeared bright and early, layed out tarp around the property (to catch debris), took down the old roof, layed down weatherproofing, new shingles, caps. Everyone worked in tandem, like a well-oiled machine. The whole job was completed in five hours. New roof, clean property, happy wife.

He was really good to deal with. Scheduling was efficient and professional. He took a container of tar and patched up some parts where nails were coming out on my roof. He gave me good honest feedback about my roof.

Perry has built an impressive company that runs like a well oiled machine. Initially met with him on a Sun.morning, His crew of 12+ men arrived at 7 am Tues. morning as did all the materials, dumpster etc. They also installed traditional insulation and foam insulation. By 7 pm on Tuesday the roof and insulation were complete! Perry also provides chimney repair which was completed on Wed. His customer service is flawless. He returns calls unlike the previous roofing company which we had selected first before choosing Perry. Perry's Roofing puts other companies to shame! Though he is not inexpensive, we highly recommend Perry's Roofing.

Excellent crew of workers; they had to remove so much snow first and then tear off three layers of roofing before installing the new roof. Very professional crew....calm, quiet, and responsible. They offered to come back after the snow melted to catch stuff that might not have been cleaned up from the grounds. The representative made a fine presentation of the company and the product and was in contact throughout the day....it was all accomplished in one day!

All work was done on time and in a professional manner.

Very satisfied with the quality of the work - highly recommended. Something to keep in mind when re-roofing: if you have things in your attic, you may want to think about moving or protecting them as debris can fall in from the roof. Lesson learned!

They were very good. They were clean and punctual. Their customer relations were an A. They did whatever they were contracted to do.

Inspected roof and performed some minor repairs/seals. Roof was in generally good condition.

The work had to be done on short notice (though not an emergency) and I was happy with the responsiveness and the cost. The roofer took pains to find the closest color match to the rest of the roof. The installation was very efficiently done and the clean up of the old shingles and other debris was very good.

They showed up on time. They started putting tiles on my roof before I even had a chance to talk to them. I think they did a good job. However, he states that he uses English speaking people and they do not all speak English. They sent me my receipt and had some incorrect information on my bill. When I tried reaching out to them, they never called me back.

I have two houses (~3000 sq ft colonials) that both needed new roofs after 20+ years and received several quotes from contractors to strip and replace the roofs. Perry visited both properties, reviewed what he would do and answered all my questions. I also asked for a skylight to be replaced as well as two vents and some other minor things. He promptly provided a quote, proof of insurance as well as workmans comp and also provided shingle samples. The highest quote I received was 2x the lowest quote and Perry's was very competitive at the lower end. Also some contractors quoted as much as 4 days and to my amazement Perry quoted 1 day for BOTH ROOFS. I didn't think it would be possible. His project manager Dave came by a few days before the scheduled work to finalize the shingle color, overall work and logistics. They do not use "hired help" and Dave again confirmed both roofs would be completed in a day because the team starts early (7:30 am) and they're good; I thought "we'll see". At 7:30 the work crew rolled in as promised and ladders, tarps and dumpsters immediately followed. Like a well-oiled machine the crew were on the roof and in 90 minutes both roofs were stripped to plywood. The stripped roof required some plywood replacement and then the new roof with new ridge vent, ice block, vapor barrier, drip edge, and GAF architectural shingles (6 nails per shingle) went up and was done by 1:30 (on both homes)! THESE GUYS ROCK! They then spent 2 hours cleaning up, carefully picking up all debris and running large magnets picking up any stray nails. (We have a dog so I double-checked for nails personally but they did such a good job I didn't find any). The team was fast, professional and the quality is top notch. I couldn't have had a better experience and I highly recommend Perry Verrone for any roofing work. He's an honest, fair, hard working guy and the team he has assembled is fantastic. He provides great service at a competitive rate.

Perry Verrone Roofing did a nice job; it was very complete. He came to the house and he was very thorough.

Dave, from Perry Verrone llc came and gave me an estimate removing and replacing soffit panels.He was very courteous and very professional. Dave explained the work involved and e-mailed the estimate within 24 hrs. I also asked him to give sample of the vents that would be installed and he brought them to me. I contacted Dave and arranged for the work to be done. On the morning of the work to be performed Dave came with his men & explained to them exactly what had to be done. He came several times to check on the workers and was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. The soffit vents were removed completely and a 6" strip of the existing wood soffit was removed to allow proper ventilation. His workers were very courteous and they did an excellent job.I will defintely use them again and give a HIGH SCORE for the excellent job. Thanks again for a job well done.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. After some materials delivery the day before, Perry and his crew arrived early in the morning and immediately got to work. Our house is an old colonial that has had at least two major additions, so the roof (and it's really three roofs, not including the cylindrical addition with the conical roof). Within a couple of hours they had nearly all the existing roof stripped and out of the way. There were at least a dozen guys walking around on the rafters with 4x8 plywood sheathing, laying and nailing them. By the end of the first day, we had nearly everything up, with only a small bit of shingle and drip edge to finish on the second day. The second day was also cleanup day, and they did a very good job, including running the big magnet around to pick up nails. Perry also subcontracted some carpentry and interior work for me, the vast majority of which went very well, and I am well satisfied with the rest, although it could have been done a little more timely. Perry is a very pleasant guy, he listened to what I had to say, adjusted what he could and clearly explained to me what he could not do and why. He stuck to his bid and didn't try to nickel-and-dime me (and his bid was very competitive). A good experience, and a good guy who did excellent work. Kudos to Perry, I have no hesitance in recommending him for any roofing job. And kudos to Angie's List. I would have never found Perry without it.

After a misunderstanding, I met with Perry who seemed very eager to rectify the situation. He came out on a Sunday to give us an estimate on our roof, which was much appreciated.

There was a whole team of workers, ~12 people. They replaced the entire roof in one day. The cleaned up after themselves and all. The workers were pleasant and efficient! The whole process was wonderful.

I was pleased with the work done. Perry's Roofing did all that he had said he was going to do prior to the job and then some. Clean up was very good also. It has poured rain many days since then and there has not been any evidence of leakage in the attic. Workers spoke spanish and I wasn't able to communicate with them like I had wanted to which was frustrating at times. From removal of old roof a lot of dirt was in the attic and I called Perry who had some men return to vacuum. They did a fair job only because the heat that day in the attic was unbearable. The lawn and a plant was trampled, but it restored itself a couple of weeks later. I later called Perry back again because the front awning was leaking when it rained due to some debris that must have went on top from the roof. I have not seen him as yet up until now. He said he would return to check it as soon as he had a chance, but still waiting!

Perry Verrone Roofing were reasonably priced. They're very pleasant to deal with. They worked very quickly.
