Description of Work: Perry stripped off three layers of roofing, including the original 1929 cedar shakes, replaced the flashings, and applied a new layer of asphalt shingles. He also stripped off a flat roof on the addition, and replaced that with a rubber membrane. Finally he replaced all the gutters and leaders. | |The house and its aluminum siding suffered a few dents and stains, but Perry sent a repair crew right away and replaced siding and tidied up all the loose ends. The house has a few odd corners and nooks but they left it all looking nice. | |He was upfront about the work and pricing, and it all came out pretty much like he said it would. | |All the personnel were extremely courteous. | |

Description of Work: I found Perry's Roofing to be very Professional. They began the job when they said they would and got it done quickly. They were careful with my bushes and picked up all the mess from the old roofing. While they were working they fixed a clogged drain pipe and put the heating wires back in the gutters. The truck delivering the dumpster went over the curbstone at the beginning of the driveway. When I showed it to Perry, even though it wasn't his fault, he said he would send over his masons to fix it,which he did. I found Perry's Roofing to be extremely organized and very pleasant to work with. I had estimates from four other roofers and his was the second from the bottom in cost. I would recommend him highly.

Description of Work: When a leak needed repairing an estimate to reroof half of the home at a price in excess of $10,000 was provided. While I understand they wouldn't guaranty the repair the estimate was in appropriate and it took time and effort to obtain the repair estimate which was accomplished and solved the problem. I was distressed by the estimate and the time an effort needed to sort out things but the repair was quickly done and so far seems successful.

Description of Work: Perry Roofing company completely replaced the roof of our 800sq ft garage in one day. He made sure the roof matched our home roof. Special shout out to his office manager, Alicia, she kept us posted and on time. The workers were polite and cleaned the site excellently. I would highly recommend Perry's company.

Description of Work: Had a small but hard to diagnose roof leak issue. The sealed skylights and replaced the roof ridge vent. Problem solved. I would recommend them. They were punctual and professional.

Description of Work: They removed 3 layers of old roof and repaired all rotted wood and replaced with GAF HD roof shingles. Since we have a rather large roof area It was a massive undertaking. But true to their word it took only 2 days. 2 days!!! I still cannot believe it. I highly recommend Perry Verrone. My only regret is that I don't another roof for him to do.

Description of Work: Patched loose roof tiles neatly and did it in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: Complete roof replaced on house and detached garage. They also replaced 2 skylights and an attic fan. They did a great job, been almost 2 years since job was complete and still looks great and no issues. Communication was a little difficult sometimes, but I found texting was easier for both of us.

Description of Work: After Sandy, Perry had a crew out the day after we called to take photos and tarp a heavily damaged area to protect our house. He was prompt in returning calls and working through an estimate. His crew had the work done in one day and it looks great.

Description of Work: After chimney flashing replacement did not correct water leak, Perry Verone determined that chimney needed to be waterproofed, which he did at no additional cost to me.
