Description of Work: They did not show up for two boiler service appointments. Their dispatcher kept pushing back the arrival time until they finally said they couldn't get anyone there that day and would have to reschedule. As this was not my home, but a house I rent out, this wasted a lot of my time.

Description of Work: I called many oil companies. Some didnt return my call, some were very nasty on the phone and then I got a hold of Manor Fuel. They were very nice, quoted me a fair price and showed up on time. They called and followed up to make sure everything went well. Very good experience.
