Description of Work: The installers stole my jewelry which I discovered after they left (I was home at the time). This was reported to the police but items were never recovered. The company never contacted me. Even after I met with the owners who were aware that their installers were responsible for the theft, I never received any apology, expression of responsibility or any other contact from the company. Due to the lack of concern shown by the company, I cannot recommend them.

Description of Work: They stretched a carpet for us, that they did not originally install. They removed all the ripples - it looked great. We were pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to sell us a new carpet.

Description of Work: I contacted this provider for an estimate. They have a very good reputation but their price didn't fit my budget.

Description of Work: Replaced living room, dining room, stairway and hallway carpet. All aspects of service from in store carpet education and measurement (by Jon) to samples sent in the mail to order placement to installation scheduling to installation and cleanup (by Dave & Adrianna) to payment went very well. Everything was up front with no pressure and no surprises. In addition to excellent service, the price was almost 20% lower than RL&CO. I used my 5% Angie's list discount!

Description of Work: Pulled up old carpet installed new carpet in 4 rooms, 2 sets of stairs. I did not shop around so I don't know if I could have gotten a better price. They tied the old carpet and left it on the street for our refuse pickup. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: I had my living room and dining room carpeted with beautiful new carpeting. The installation by Randy was impeccable and perfectly done. My whole experience with Messner was wonderful from beginning to end and I'm not done yet. I would also like for them to eventually recarpet my daughter's bedroom, the stairs leading to the second level and the upstairs hallway as well as put in new flooring in my kitchen. I add too, that Messner had two of its people stop by my home in late February to advise me on various types of flooring, colors, measurements, etc. Jessica and John could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable, or more professional in their treatment of my questions and/or requests. This was a wonderful experience for me and I shall not hesitate to use Messner's again in the future nor shall I hesitate to recommend them to others, which I have already done! P.S. And Messner's gladly honored its ANGIE'S LIST coupon which saved me a good bit of money.

Description of Work: We needed to replace our family room carpet and went to Messner based on its listing on Angie's List. The salesperson was extremely helpful as was the person who came out to do the estimate and the installation team. Finally, when they called to follow up on the purchase and installation, I asked if they knew of any interior designers that they would recommend and they sent me some names that day. They are extremely helpful and friendly, I would happily do business with them in the future.

Description of Work: MESSNER removed carpet installed in 1986 and installed new carpet matching the same color and knap. They were very helpfull in finding the correct match. The area was 3'x7' in a powder room. The installers were ontime, did a good job, and were professional.
