I had the flashing repaired and a crown installed. They also replaced one of my flue caps that had blown off. Iâ m very pleased with the results. The two guys doing the work were very personable. They showed me before and after pictures and explained everything. No more leaky chimney for me! I highly recommend Shamrock Chimney.

Very nice workers. There was. A one day delay in getting the initial consult due to an issue with their truck which was not communicated to me until I called to find out what the delay was. Other a wonderful experience!

David from Shamrock in Patchogue arrived on time and completed a complete chimney inspection and cleaning, replaced the rusted out damper and installed a stainless steel insert in the furnace part of the chimney. Overall they did a great job, were very clear about what they were doing and on the pricing.

Waited around for half the day for my first appointment just to have them call and reschedule with no explanation. Set up a new appointment and they called at the beginning of the window saying they?d be there within the hour. He called an hour later and said they were a few minutes away and didn?t show up for another 40 minutes. Then he sat in the car for another 20 before actually coming inside. Did the cleaning fine but I didn?t need to have all my time wasted. Come when you say you?re going to come and do the job as soon as you get there. Would not recommend.

They were prompt and very responsive. Showed up on time, explained the problem in detail, and did the work on the same day. They installed the dampers, and caps and fixed the flashing, after thorough cleaning. The job was very well done. Also they cleaned up. The price I felt was higher than I expected.

I was so happy with overall experience. Evan Roche was fantastic. We checked a lot of companies out. From start to finish Evan kept us up on everthing he was doing and did and why. The price he gave me in my opinion was more than fair for all he had to do. I am more than pleased and very highly recommend calling Shamrock Chimney for your repairs.
