Note: category drop-down options in review not helpful/applicable - this work was for chimney repointing and chimney liner. We initially contacted Shamrock to take care of our chimney inspection and cleaning in early April. We completed that job with them (Thank you Evan!) and proceeded to book them again in late April for partial chimney repointing and liner for the boiler side of our chimney. This work had been identified during the inspection and upon proceeding forward with the fair estimate (based on 3 others we'd received), we were able to quickly line up an appointment within 1 week and the work was completed in 1 day. Evan and Pablo were great technicians; arrived on time, completed job on time, cleaned up thoroughly, send pics of job and described the work upon it's completion. Thanks again Evan & Pablo!

The tech's who came out to do the work were courteous and prompt. They explained the work that needed to be done with digital pics from inside the chimney. They worked efficiently and cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend.

Quick scheduling and called a half hour before arrival. Inspection with cleaning took an hour. Cleaned up post job nicely. Sent photos of inspection and walked through recommended work to be done. Option to have to have work done same day if we wanted.

David and Kevin were great. They were friendly and did the repair I needed on the spot at a fair price. It was a small masonry job which some tradesmen do not want to do. I am very happy!

Even though I wasn't able to schedule the work until months later, they scheduled me within a week and also was prepared to fix something that wasn't on the original quote. Showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up. Provided me before and after pics so I didn't have to climb on the roof. Great experience all around.

We contacted Shamrock Chimney to seal our chimney after a leak. Evan and Pablo came by that same day to provide us with a quote which was similar to others we received. They were detailed in their explanations and started work the next day. Their work was thorough and although it took longer than expected, they stayed until the project was done right. We would definitely work with them again in the future.

Came to do some brick work and they noticed an issue with my chimney. Did not realize there was a problem. They explained everything, showed me the damage and quoted a price. Decided to do the work and they repaired right away.

After several attempts for chimney cleaning a rep came out on June 4, 2021. The representative stated my chimneys needed repointing, flashing and caps. I paid for the service only to find in the beginning of Feb 2022 that my boiler cap was placed lower than the drafts from the other chimneys were sending a back draft to the chimney that my boiler was attached to. This was told to me from another representative from this same company. He took video and gave me estimates for repairs to the shoddy workmanship of another representative from this company. My chimney caps were not secured properly, the flashing was smeared on by hand and 2 chimney caps fell off. One crashing to the ground in my back yard. Could have killed someone. (3 story home) Called, complained they sent a 3 rep to secure caps. They failed to address the cap that was put on too low. They failed to address the flashing that was so thin you can see the cement behind it. I waited 22 days. They made appointments and failed to keep them. They do not respect customers time. Please look at their reviews on Google. They have many complaints of failing to respond, missed appointments and poor workmanship. Beware of thus company.

They were good

Kevin and Evan were great. My only comment was that they showed up early due to the cancellation of a previous appointment, but they were courteous, efficient and came well prepared to clean our chimney flue, which had not been swept in a few years. Recommended.

Very customer friendly. Detailed all work being done and sent photos and videos as work was being performed.
