Description of Work: The service man fixed the problem by replacing a valve but was overcharged significantly. The valve costs $60 but the labor costs apparently were $550 for a less than minute job

+ -1 moreI WAS PLEASED THAT THE REPAIR TECHNICIAN RESPONDED QUICK. THE PART HAD TO BE ORDERED, WHICH TOOK WAY TOO LONG. I HAD CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR OTHER SERVICES. MY HUSBAND AND I DID NOT THINK THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS WORTH IT.
Description of Work: REPAIRED HOSE THAT CONNECTS THE DRYER TO THE WALL. DRYER KEPT TURNING OFF.

+ -1 moreI FIND FLEET IS VERY DEPENDABLE, THEY'VE ALWAYS PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE AND WHILE THEY'RE NOT THE CHEAPEST THEY CERTAINLY DON'T OVER CHARGED. THE GENTLEMAN WHO WORKED ON THE WASHER WAS ALSO VERY POLITE.
Description of Work: THE AGITATOR ON MY WASHING MACHINE WASN'T SPINNING, FLEET REPLACED A COUPLING AND FIXED IT.
