Great experience. I can now open and close both my doors. He is an experienced carpenter.

Using a special tool, he was able to unfreeze the screw. He then proceeded to mount the mounting plate using a spread Molly, instead of one of those cheap plastic molly. Then proceeded to put back together the towel and remount. This is the 2nd time I've used this service and I will continue to use as needed.

He did everything as specified. He was punctual, and he does quality work.

Work detail included cutting out existing beam and sheetrock, replacing new beam, sheetrock and spackeling. Came on time for both estimate and work. Good job cleaning up. Would definitely use again.

Charles responded promptly to my call, and sent an estimate within two days. He and his helper arrived one day later than originally estimated (weather delay on previous job). They were fast and very, very neat, with a thorough cleanup each day. Charles was very willing to explain what he was doing. Both he and his helper were polite to a T.

Charlie responded to my phone call promptly, though you won't get a secretary answering ''Better by Butler'' but rather Just Charlie saying ''hello''. He measured, gave us a quote, and a date and time of installation. On the set date, he called to cancel due to another project running long but gave us a convenient date and time days later. He was a little late in arriving but it was well worth it. The removal of the existing stairs was more difficult than expected (when you own a home, isn't that ALWAYS the case?) and the new metal stairs came with directions that required a rocket science degree. After quite a few hours, they were finally complete. Better By Butler was meticulous in the installation and the cleanup, staying until everything was perfect. We didn't even have to vacuum! And, despite the installation being much more difficult then anticipated and taking a long time, the bill remained the same as his original estimate. Classy.

Mr. Butler is very professional. He answered calls promptly and showed up for appointments on time. He repaired my leaking roof and windows and did excellent work. He brought 1 helper, who was also very professional, and they worked very hard the entire time they were here. They were neat and cleaned all debris. His prices were very fair, and he was very honest. We have had several torrential rainstorm since the work was done and no more leaks.

BETTER BY BUTLER WERE VERY FAIR IN THEIR PRICES AND THEY PERFORMED GOOD, QUALITY WORK. IT TOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO GET THE APPOINTMENT, BUT ONCE THEY GOT THERE, EVERYTHING WAS DONE QUICKLY.
