Workers were great. They did a good job on most of the floor.. But one replacement board in middle of floor was sunken and looked bad. I called- was told to send a picture & never heard from them again. My review would be much better if they just showed some common sense and got back to me or showed concern. However price was fair.

My experience with Exquisite Flooring was A+++ from start to finish. Devon came to give me an estimate. He was very professional and friendly. The combination was just right. The office staff followed up with me regularly to stay on top of scheduling for my job. I really appreciated that since I was renovating and had so many other things going on. Not having to keep track of scheduling my floors was a blessing. The week before the job started there was constant contact to outline the job steps and time frame. I knew exactly what to expect and when. The day of the job, Ryan showed up at the scheduled time. He too, was very professional and friendly. He went over the job with me again. Here is the part I am very grateful for: even though I had picked my floor stain color during the estimate process, when it was time to actually stain, Ryan checked with me again to ensure I actually liked the color I picked. He did this by staining a patch of flooring to allow me to see the color. Turns out I did not like the color I picked! I ended up going with a red pecan stain (beautiful). I was very grateful Ryan took this extra confirmation step. Then I picked my finish. I went with satin (so pretty). Navin was the one dispatched to finish my floors. He was all business! My hardwood floors came out magnificently! I am extremely satisfied with the job done and I am happy with Exquisite Flooring. I would definitely recommend them to friends & family. Let me also mention that the price for the job was very good. Exquisite Flooring beat the competition price by several hundred dollars. I never told Devon the other prices I'd received, so he was organically lower. Thank you Exquisite Flooring for a job professionally done. You have a very happy customer here.

Devin and his crew did such an amazing job. We ended up staining our floors in the Dark Walnut color and it turned out beautifully. I get compliments all the time. Price is fair and not like some of these other contractors . I would definitely hire and recommend his crew for future projects.

I hired Esquisite flooring to replace older hardwood floors in my home that were beginning to creek. I am completely satisfied that I chose this company they removed old floorong and installed a subfloor under new hardwood floor. I am a very picky person and the crew (Anthony and Prajeet, sorry if I spelled wrong) that completed the job were very respectful of my home. They completed the job in the time promised and left my floors sparkling clean. I love the new floors. I would definitely recommend.

Really great. There was a question as to whether the finish was right for my house and they offered to let me live with it for a while and they'll change it if it's wrong. Very nice very professional.

Excellent work Excellent customer service great price for the work my floor job wad done the same day my family is so satisfied with the work the workers even cleaned up my leaves from the front of my house where they were working. ...im going to hire them again to do my other floors.
