We were pleased with everything from start to finish! Deven was quick to respond and was at our residence in days to provide an estimate. He answered all questions and addressed all concerns. The day of the installation, they arrived and spoke to us about the layout prior to starting. They worked quickly and were very careful. Our floor looks fantastic! Exquisite Flooring gets a 10 from us. We will definitely contact them for any future flooring installs, and we will not hesitate to recommend them.

My Wood Floor was finished is a timely and came out excellent.

Every stage of the process of having my floors refinished was handled professionally and courteously by every member of the Exquisite Flooring team, from the initial call to the completion of the job. The two men who completed the job were dependably on time, friendly and I could not be more pleased with the work they did! I highly recommend this company. There is a reason they receive such great reviews -- they are well deserved!

They refinished wood floors and stairs. The wood floors were fine but the stairs are a mess. They were not sanded properly and are very rough. They got stain all over the white wood trim -- no care was taken to avoid that. I will have to pay someone to get the stairs redone. In addition they broke a glass shade on an antique lamp that cannot be replaced. They broke a glass closet door. I deducted the cost of a new door but the wood part of new door will have to be primed, painted and hung that I will have to pay for. They chipped the wood on a dresser and got dark stain on the bottom of an off white dresser that I can not get off. No care was taken to properly protect the furniture. They got stain all over the white baseboard and did not do a proper cleanup. Very careless work overall. Although a small point, they did not show up at the times they said they would. The overall experience was horrible. I would not recommend this Company. UPDATE 3/20/24: Your response is unacceptable. In addition to the broken door your workers carelessness caused an antique lamp to be broken that could not be replaced. My personal issue, which is the death of my husband, has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work on the stairs. Your workers did a poor job on the stairs that I have to pay to have redone in addition to repainting all the trim. Do not try to justify the poor workmanship you provided. I also understand windows to time to show up but when you say you are coming at 12:00 noon and then show up at 8:30 am that is quite a window. I would have expected a call from someone the day after you left to ask if the stairs were satisfactory but of course no one called.

The flooring was done very well. The only problem is that you are in your bedroom. Make sure you have nothing of value left in the room you are having done. I'm just saying be careful.

Above and beyond. Will definitely be using again.

I was happy with the job. The price was good considering estimates I received from other businesses. They did everything that they said they would do. My only complaint was that they got stain on my baseboard. I don’t know if that is part of the process. I will paint the edges of my baseboards myself.

They were amazing , my floors needed to be evened out as I live in a hundred year old house instead of making it easy for themselves and evening out at the highest point they shaved areas and rose certain areas so I wouldnâ t lose any height , the job they did was professional and masterful would highly recommend them , they also made sure to work around my schedule and always had people working at a pretty rate , a big thank you to Devon and Umberto and there whole team

Workers are prompt arriving, any problems are cleared to mutual satisfaction.. the workmanship is excelent and they finish on time.
