Deven, the owner and his crew were extremely competent. They were prompt at arrival and worked all day to complete refinishing my floors. Every attention to detail was taken. They even moved all the furniture and completely sealed off the room so that no dust traveled elsewhere.

Scheduled a timely appt, came on time, helped me move furniture, did a wonderful job within a extremely accommodating time frame. On top of all that, the price could not be beat... I hired this company. I was disappointed with the service. Prior to hiring this company, The gentleman in charge told me that him and his men would remove the carpet then sand and stain the underlying hardwood floor, while replacing and repairing any damaged piece of wood. Instead, what I was left with was a floor with multiple damaged wood and gaps in between the wood that are large enough to fit piders and cockroaches. He didn't even bother to put shoe molding at the base of the original moldings to cover the huge gaps left by the carpets. I tried to resolve the situation by hiring someone or having him do but he's asking for more money. All in all, I wouldn't recommend exquisite. If you're expecting professional results you won't get it

The workers did a great job. They had left some dust in the area were some stairs had been sanded. They came back and vacuumed up the dust as I requested, in a very polite manner. I think a stiff mop that was left belonged to the company, even though they denied it.

We got an estimate quickly and it was a very fair price. The timeline of the job from estimate to finished product was exactly what they promised. The job came out perfect. They worked with us to replace part of our floor and were honest about trying to save us money and salvage some of the existing floor. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Professional, reliable and fair pricing

I can't say how happy we are with the job that Devandra, Shiv and Nevin did on our floor refinishing! Devandra called me back immediately after getting my HomeAdvisor request for quote. Came by the next day for site visit. Told him the budget that we were working with and he was willing to meet it. Scheduled them for the work five days later. They showed up exactly at the time they said and got immediately to work. They taped up the kitchen and upstairs doors to not let any dust into those areas and finished exactly when they said they would be done. As we all know, there is always a bit of concern hiring contractors that you weren't referred to by friends/family. You get worried that they will show up in the sag they said, that their work will be neat and if they will respect your home. All those concerns are not necessary when you use Exquisite Flooring!!
