Devan and his team did a very small project for us repairing some missing and damaged pieces in our old brownstone patterned wood floor. The office administration was super prompt and proactive when scheduling and confirming our appointment. Devan and his crew were on site on time and very professional, leaving my apt as clean as it was when they began. And their work is excellent... the floors look as if nothing was ever done, the fixes blend right in. We are very pleased and would hire Devan and Exquisite Flooring again without a doubt.

3 gentlemen removed our old wall to wall carpet and installed a new hardwood floor on our slab floor They constantly vacuumed & cleaned as they work Always keeping us in the loop as they progressed Everything was bundled up & placed outside in garbage bags

Deven and his team were hired to refinish my upstairs floors, remove the runner from the stairs, finish the stairs, and install hardwood flooring in the two back backrooms on the main floor. They were punctual. The color of the flooring was what I requested. They removed a door from one of the bedrooms and never replaced it, broke the molding in one of the bedrooms, and stained all of the molding in the top bedrooms so now they have to be re-painted. The team also left staples with carpeting attached to the bottom stair, and did not refinish under the stairs, they only did the top. When I contacted Devin who was only there on the second day of work to collect payment, to tell him about what happened, he assured me that he would come back to address my concerns. A week passed an I received a text from him telling me that he had been busy. Too busy to fix their work since he collected my money. Would not hire or recommend to anyone....buyer beware.

Floors in my senior center were in pretty bad shape having been neglected for years. From Thursday evening to Saturday afternoon they made them look brand new. I was amazed at the final result. The whole experience was positive. They are completely professional and I highly recommend them. Thank you Susan & Deven.

Dealt w/ Susan (office) and Deven. Very happy w/ their dedication. I had just under 500 sq feet of work (a new floor laid in a small hallway and 2 bedrooms refinishing, staining, and high gloss finish). Work was done inside a week, from estimation day to the 3rd coat of high gloss finish. Deven and his team kept the rest of my house clean. The finish product is incredible. More than expected.
