They did a very good job and were tremendous value for money (it was a tiny job and they had a low minimum charge). Would be 5 star but for not doing the best job of sealing off the room they were working in.

Deven, Susan, and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job on my floor in my apartment. I wasn't sure if my floors could look the way they did before I had damage done to them. However, they exceeded my expectations and their quality of work is top notch. They always answered my questions in a timely manner, are professional and their customer service is impeccable. They arrived at the time they stated, moved the furniture out of the room, and refinished a wood floor after I had taken up the rug and saw the floor was ruined. They explained what they were going to do, were very thorough, cleaned up and put all the furniture back. I called them three days later because of my recliner making a scratch and they came back and repaired it without extra cost. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed their floors refinished. Am very satisfied from the service I received starting from Deven (sales) to Susan (secretary) to Navin (refinisher)...all very personalable and professional.

They were very thorough, I was impressed by the way they cleaned up. They were very efficient and quiet. They said that it would be a one day job and they completed on time and fulfilled everything we expected of them. The floors were done very well and they look terrific.

Having my floors done was a job I put off doing because it is so much work. I met with Devin for an estimate. He showed up when planned, was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything he was going to do. He showed me photos of previous jobs he had done to set my mind at ease. A few days before the work was to take place, I received a call from his office to confirm and further discuss the job. The workers showed up exactly on time the morning the work was to begin. They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. I’ve had a lot of work done on my house and I feel this has been an excellent experience. My house looks beautiful!

I kept putting this business off and he was so patient with me in working with my schedule. they were very professional, did a excellent job, very understanding. very nice people, large selection of colors when refinishing, very prompt and on time, they protected the rest of my house and cleaned up after themselves which was so wonderful. i would recommend this company before any.

They came on time each day and completed the job on time and on the money. They were considerate and professional.

It took two days to do my bedroom and the team was very professional. They let me see every aspect of their work. The first team sand, clean the dust and put the stain down (color of my choice). The second team put the coats of the polyurethane and buffed. My bedroom looks perfect. The floor will look great with my new bedroom set. Devin was a fantastic representative for the Company. Kept us fully informed, kept in constant contact. So easy to reach him and he always contacted us with updates. When we added a second project to do in the job, he was so adaptable and came right away to look at the new request. The two gentlemen who came and worked on the floors were so hardworking, accommodating and worked very hard to give us a matching color to our old floors. They were extremely neat, thorough and were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely hire again and would recommend them to others.
