It was a pleasure working with Exquisite Floors. They responded quickly, gave me a competitive price, did the work in one afternoon (sanding an refinishing a 12x10 hardwood floor). They were polite and cleaned up perfectly. My floors look beautiful!

Devin and his crew were polite, timely, hard working and overall kept clear communication throughout the 3 days they worked to refinish the flooring in my apartment. They offered really helpful suggestions and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

Getting my office and waiting room flooring sanded, polished and finished was set up in my mind to be taxing. To my surprise and relief, this company made the process easy. From the onset they responded to my call timely, showed up on time daily during the three day process. The craftmem covered my furniture,and helped move furniture to accommodate the project. The entire team is dedicated to a great customer experience. Exquisite had the most competitive rate, quality workmanship, no hidden charges. Arrived on time and finished ahead of scheduled (they even worked on the Fourth of July). I will hire them for any flooring needs.

They refinished the floors in two days as promised and worked with the super to figure out electricity issue without bothering me about it. Overall great experience.
