If you have any black stains or streaks on your roof we can clean them safely with our softwashing method. We DO NOT us any pressure on your roof. Ask us about our "5 year spot free limited warranty". We are located out of the central Broome County area. We accept cash, check or money order. We no longer accept credit or debit cards. "It went well, but circumstances beyond our control kept us from competing the entire job of power washing the siding. The pressure valve coming into the home was faulty and there was not enough pressure to effectively clean the siding, thus prompting the cancellation of the balance of the project. The gutters were able to be cleaned however. Kevin is polite, and very eager to take care of the customer. Follow up and follow through are excellent."

"I called United Construction on June 9, 2022 to get a leak on my roof repaired. The guy I spoke with on the phone insisted on coming out, throwing a tarp on the roof and get me a quote for a new roof. When I explained to him that I do not need a new roof (my roof is only 14 years old; I have another 5+ years) and only need him to seal the area around a vent pipe, he seemed to lose interest. He sent a kid out on June 15 that looked like a teenager to inspect the roof. He did not seal around the vent pipe, which would have taken less than 5 minutes to do. When he came down, he asked for my email address to send me a quote for the repair. He then left, and I have not heard from them since. It has now been almost 3.5 months. If United Construction cannot trust themselves to do the small jobs, then I am not going to trust them to do the big jobs. You guys lost out on thousands of dollars. I will not recommend you to anyone."
