Precision Pro Wash

It went well, but circumstances beyond our control kept us from competing the entire job of power washing the siding. The pressure valve coming into the home was faulty and there was not enough pressure to effectively clean the siding, thus prompting the cancellation of the balance of the project. The gutters were able to be cleaned however. Kevin is polite, and very eager to take care of the customer. Follow up and follow through are excellent.

Kevin was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He took plenty of time to explain the soft wash process and gave us a step-by-step understanding of what he was going to do and how it would work. We live in a highly wooded area and our roof was covered in clumps of moss and mildew. We thought we were headed for a new roof. Our roof is large and has a high pitch so we weren't sure how this would work. Now we have a nice, clean roof that looks great. Kevin found roof cap shingles that were damaged and took pictures of them for us so we can show the roofer to have them repaired/replaced. As a bonus, he also knocked down multiple wasp hives from the eves and gutters. Kevin and his co-worker did not rush, they took their time to do the job the right way. They were very considerate and didn't damage any of our landscaping. The odor of the solution used was a little pungent for about 24 hours but was gone the next day.

They did every thing we ask for and more. Did not need supervision and are very personable and professional.

Everything thing went very well. Kevin, the owner of the business, gave me a quote on Mon. He said they had an opening on Thursday. They actually came two hours early, rather than go to lunch in between appointments. They sprayed and washed and scrubbed the roof free of all mold, lichen and moss. The most impressive feature of the service is that Kevin showed me before and after videos of the roof. After all, you really can't see what is on the top of your roof from the ground, He also emailed me pictures of the roof to look at later. The roof of the screened porch can be seen from the living room windows, and it is obvious how much cleaner the roof is now. The work comes with a 5 yr guarantee and is transferable to a new owner, which is a selling point. I was very pleased with the work and professionalism of Kevin Peters and his assistant. I also learned that they clean outside windows. I plan to take him up on that service in the near future!
