Eddie, Ruben and Eto arrived as scheduled. They were very courteous and professional. They made good recommendations for placement of high hats. We love our new lighting. We also had them install a generator hook up a few weeks before. We are very happy with both jobs. We would definitely use them again.

Eddie and Reuben were here on time, did the work the right way and did not cut any corners. They tried to do the work so that they did as little damage to the walls as they could (the needed a hole to snake a cable). Afterwards, they cleaned up and you would not even know they were there. Have used HighQ before this and will definitely keep using.

HQ Did amazing work on outlets, lighting, heat. Ben took the time to explain work being done. Will hire again with out doubt.

I've been using High Q for years and I have always been extremely happy. You can quickly tell it's a family owned business when you speak to anyone on the staff. Husband and wife Christine and Raffe run a great show. The first time I used them, Raffe came to my house and introduced himself and did the estimate himself. He sent Ben to do the work and he was professional, experienced and friendly. The next time I called for service, Christine diligently set up my appointment and I was pleasantly surprised that Ben was the tech again and has been each time I've had work done by High Q. Ben has installed the electric for my pool, a sub panel, outside lighting and other various jobs. It makes me comfortable to know that he is up on everything that has been done and we have established a rapport whereby I am even comfortable enough to run an errand while he's here! Ben is great! If you are looking to create a relationship with an electrician that makes you feel like they have you and your home in their best interest, I highly recommend High Q Electric and their entire team!

Outstanding service from start to finish--beginning with the office manager, Amanda, to Raphael who came to take a quick look, to Ben who completed our job today. Punctual, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Everything you want in a professional service. Performed a variety of electrical work in our home. I was advised to order certain fixtures in advance to reduce the number of trips that had to be made to our home which turned out to be exactly what we needed. We plan to be regular customers. Mine is an old house with some old wiring.. Lots of electrical puzzles. Some fuses. Some knob & tube wiring. Ben from High Q worked like a dogged detective to figure where the breaks were and how to repair the whole jumble. He ran new wiring and receptacles and got everything working correctly again. He's efficient, very smart, explains everything, while keeping things tidy and neat. Thank you, Ben!

Fantastic! Ben knew exactly what the problem was, and figured out the best, most conservative way to fix it. Not only that, he was nice enough to let me watch and even explained when I had questions. I have other stuff i can't wait for Ben to come fix in the future.

I have been using HQ Electric for over 6 years now. Their electricians, Ben, Eddie & Ruben, have been OUTSTANDNG. !! They always arrived early, are very courteous and professional, extremely knowledgeable, discuss what they are going to do with you first, give you options, very neat and clean up any mess that might have been made. The owners, Rafael & Christine are very involved, extremely nice & professional. The owner, Rafael, always comes in person to estimate the job, gives you options, and takes pictures or video to review with his electricians before they come to do the job. HQ Electric has done the following work for me: Service line upgrade, moved and replaced my entire electrical panel, wired both my grandchildren's rooms with outlets, fans, lights and heaters. Recently Ben came with a bucket truck and wired a chimney fan from the roof to the electric panel. Nice clean and neat installed PVC down the side of my house. He even got out of the bucket to reach the chimney. !! If you want a quality job, then HQ Electric is the company to use. As Christine says, HQ Electric is where the Q stands for QUALITY. A very outstanding company and people, a extreme pleasure to deal with. When you find something good, you stay with it. This is a company to stay with. !!

Within a week of our initial call, someone from HIGH Q came to the house, described the work needed to be done (albeit a fairly straightforward job) and gave us an estimate on the spot,. Ben, the High Q electrician, arrived promptly (actually 10 minutes early) and completed the work in less than the estimated time even though adding the plug connection was not part of the original estimate. This lowered the overall cost. Ben was very respectful and professional and, in addition, answered any questions or concerns we had. Also, we got an estimate from another electrician which was more than twice as much as what we actually paid.

Job went amazing. Over the course of several appointments, Each time the crew showed up 15 minutes early. There was no reschedules at all. They worked fast, Never saw any one on a cell phone. They clearly told us when lunch was happening so we knew exactly what was going on. Their trucks had great signage so we knew exactly who was showing up, and they were well stocked with all supplies. There was no "hold on, we will be back in an hour need to go pick up parts" The workers used drop cloths everywhere, and cleaned up as they went. Our lighting looks great thanks to their suggestions on the proper layout. No work had to be repeated, or fixed. The bills were easy to read, with all work, and parts listed as line items. We knew exactly what we were paying for, and there were no suprises.

High Q Electric was recommended to me by my painter who uses them regularly. They responded promptly to my call and were right on time for the scheduled work. Ben was the electrician on the job and he was friendly, very competent and efficient. Its an old house with original wiring and, in replacing the outlet, he ensured everything was safe and correctly tied off. The sconces were replacing ones with push button on switches (versus a light switch), but the new sconces didn't have this, meant to be wired to a light switch. Ben explored whether it would be possible to wire a light switch in the room, determined it wouldn't without extensive wall damage and, instead, drilled holes in the new sconces to add a push button to them. The job was done to my complete satisfaction and very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend High Q and plan to use them for any/all electrical needs.

I have been using High Q Electric for 2 years now and have been extremely pleased with their level of professional, fair prices, and of course, quality work. I have Eddie and Ruben at my house a few times and they have fixed numerous issues for me and added new enhancements to my home. I've had them hang a chandelier, replace light fixtures and exhaust fans, install new outlets, and repair faulty wiring. They are exceptionally clean, punctual, professional, and trustworthy and the only people I will call for my electrical needs. Eddie and Ruben were absolute professionals for a day's work of installing fixtures and rerouting a switch. They were collaborative with any decisions (height, placement, etc.) and treated my house like a mansion (it's not.) I will be using High Q again when we redo our exterior lighting and would highly recommend.

Fabulous...Ben is the best...from understanding antique lighting to putting in smart switches. He is intelligent, confident, kind and extremely neat. The owner Ralph is also fabulous. Extremely honest and caring. Amanda at the office is a sweetheart. You get all the all the qualities craftsmen and their offices had years ago when people cared about their customers.

Ben and Ruben did a fantastic job. There were many tasks to be done, and they were extremely efficient, organized, clean, courteous, and professional. Eddie and his assistant Ruben were so professional, I couldn't ask for more. They helped me located and understand my security light, my porch light, fixed the wiring problem in my kitchen, came up with a gameplan for the living room lighting, and for the door bell, all along explaining everything. It was so educational and they were so patient and just knew what all the problems were about.

Eddie the electrician did a great job installing a generator interlock kit at my home. He was knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain the work he was performing, and worked around some issues with my electrical panel to install the generator interlock kit. 5 stars and would hire again!

Eddie was awesome. He was very professional and knew his stuff. He went above and beyond. We had a couple of obstacles which he easily overcame. He cleaned up after himself and did not cause any damage to the walls or paint.

Eddie could have not been more professional and helpful! He was very punctual, got the job done timely and even answered my questions regarding other potential projects in my home. He made no mess and made sure to clean up what little mess he did make. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge on a variety of electrical issues in my home and cannot wait to have him back again to do some more projects. The installer, Eddy, was a pleasure to deal with. After reviewing what had to be done, he went right to work quietly and efficiently. He would ask for feedback on how we wanted lights positioned. He would also offer suggestions on how making a change would be beneficial. Definitely will be doing business with High Q again!!!
