These guys were great! Got me in quickly. Worked quickly, but not rushed. They were neat, cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend High Q Electric!

Eddie showed up not long after I called for help and quickly addressed the issue. Really appreciate the quick response, professionalism, tidiness and turnaround time to fix the problem.

The service was excellent. Their electrician (Eddie) was fantastic. He arrived exactly on time, walked me through the project, gave me a few options and cleaned up when done. He showed me how everything worked and also walked me through the bill. I would highly recommend. They are not the least expensive but worth every penny if you want the job done right.

The guy was very nice came within 24 - 36 hours time frame and recommended for the diagnosis HVAC service, they were professional and did a good job also wont do something they are not qualify to do.

Job went very well! I was very happy to see Eddie, the electrician that came out and has done previous repairs and installations for us.. He did a wonderful job and was extremely courteous and careful and very knowledgeable in his trade and fixed a problem that could have been dangerous. I certainly will call High Q Electric again if the need arises and know excellent work will be completed and be sure to ask for Eddie!

Eddie and his team were amazing. They arrived on time. The Pendant fixture was very complicated and intricate and a prior company was not able to complete the project. Eddie had outstanding customer relation skills from the minutia of protecting the floor from street shoes to explaining and checking in with us about every step of the process. This was a 6.5 +hour job and he showed patience and great skill in accomplishing the task. The team went through at least 4 iterations adjusting the drop of the pendants to near perfection. I would certainly have him assist with any other light fixtures that need.

Eto and Ben from High Q Electric spent a entire workday at our home checking off a laundry list of improvements including new bathroom ventilation, new lights, switches, rewiring, and new outlets inside and out. They were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient, and the pricing was very fair. Would definitely hire again.

We highly recommend Eddie and Hiqh Q - it was a pretty easy job (though above our DIY comfort level), but he was prompt, professional, and courteous even when our dog was greeting him too enthusiastically. Even better, he was done well within an hour and charged a fair price. Will definitely call High Q again when we need more electrical work done.

Ben was absolutely phenomenal. He removed a ceiling fan and put up two separate lighting fixtures in under 40 minutes and was very professional and worked diligently/confidently. I will never hire anyone else, High Q is the best.

I have used High Q Electric at my home before and so when I wanted to install additional lighting in my garage I called and asked if they would stop by and give me a recommendation and an estimate. Rafael Triana stopped by a day or two later and provided both. I called the office and spoke with Amanda in the office, and we agreed on a date and scheduled the job for 8:30 AM Tuesday, July 27th. On Tuesday morning July 27th at 8:25 Eddie from High Q pulled up to our house. He had already been briefed by Rafael and we walked through my expectations for the job. I told Eddie that I wanted to install two additional porcelain light fixtures in parallel to the two existing fixtures that were on a light switch towards the front of our garage. I explained that it was my intention to install motion activated LED lights in the new fixtures so that they did not need to be on a switch but should always have power. Any movement in the garage and these lights would turn on, including the opening of the garage door or the door to the garage from the interior of the house. The first thing that Eddie did after confirming for me how he intended to perform the work was to spread a huge drop cloth beneath the work area. He assembled all his required tools and materials from his truck and proceeded to measure and lay out the locations of the new fixtures. Approximately two hours later the job was complete, and Eddie was cleaning the work area. He was so thorough that he cleaned smudges from his fingerprints on the ceiling near the newly installed fixtures. While he was still up on the ladder, he also removed some cobwebs on the garage ceiling that must have been there for a long time. When he was finished removing all his tools, trash and drop cloth, Eddie used a portable blower to blow out any dust or dirt left on the garage floor. Eddie left my garage cleaner than when he first arrived. He did an excellent job running the wires and installing the fixtures, all in under two hours. I am completely satisfied with the job and Eddie may be more fastidious than I am.

Ben came and was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He assessed the situation with his apprentice Jan and quickly replaced outlets and suggested that an HVAC person come replace the transformer. They were at my house for an hour. I was very happy with the entire experience. Thank you Ben and Jan!
