Disconnected old washer, removed sink and hooked up new drain system for new washer. Great job !! They were quick, neat and professional. Overall, extemely satisfied.

Called and set up appointment for next day. Servicemen arrived around the scheduled time. Problem was diagnosed. Servicemen went to get parts. Problem was fixed in short order.

Replaced Ignitor in Furnace, worker bought the wrong part, had to go back to get correct part. I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE TWO TRIPS---THOUGH IT WAS DUE TO MJM'S INCOMPETENCE, and DOUBLE CHARGED (OR MORE), for THE PART.

Perhaps he doesn't keep good records or is just too busy, but he never called me back. I didn't get to meet him or talk to him. There wasn't anything done. I would rate him overall a C and would not use him in the future.

Contacted them within 2 hours they arrived at the house. Instructed us to shut off the water system to prevent potential damage to our water pump from over cycling. Representative showed up right away. After analyzing the problem reviewed the situation with us. We agreed to go ahead . Went to get the part. Installed it and withing 6 hours our system was up and running fine.

Very professional service. I called Thursday, they were there at noon on Friday. Mike called in the morning to confirm, and to make sure I had the faucet I wanted. The team arrived promptly, wore booties in the house, were polite, professional and courteous. They really went above and beyond with clean-up when they were done.

They handle all of the details including dealing with sub contractors so you only deal with and pay one firm.

I would highly recommend MJM Plumbing. I called them late on a Friday afternoon regarding a broken pipe that leads from my basement to an outside faucet - certainly no emergency as that water line is turned off for the winter. I was shocked when they said someone would be at my house either by 8 that same day, or by 9 am the following morning. They said if they weren't able to come Friday, they would call and let me know, which they did. They said someone would be at my house between 8 & 9 Saturday morning. I received a confirmation call at 8:15 Saturday morning saying Dave would be there within 40 min. Dave showed up 20 min. later. He was courteous, professional, neat, and clearly explained everything in detail. He had to make two trips out for parts. Overall the job took 2 hours. With parts and labor and a 10% off Angies List coupon, I paid $231, which I believe is a very fair price. Should the need arise, I will call MJM Plumbing in the future.

Great. They were very prompt in scheduling an appointment. They were able to figure out quickly what the issue was and repaired the problem the same day in less than 2 hours. Very professional.

A frozen pipe leading to the boiler burst at 8:30PM. The break was near the electrical panel. Immediate attention was necessary. Mike showed up, fixed the pipe, bled the system, and offered suggestions for future maintenance. He allowed me to pay the next day understand that I had sleeping children, and banking at 10PM is difficult. He called to update me when he arrived, and when the repair was complete. I slept that night knowing the problem was solved. The folllowing Saturday morning I called again. Tennants reported a problem with a toilet, and I was at my son's basketball game. The toilet was broken. Porcelain was broken. The job was complete within less than two hours. I could take care of my family, while Mike and co. took care of the plumbing. I will call again for future repairs and projects. He's honest, fairly priced, and prompt.
