Description of Work: MJM responded to my call regarding a flooding situation at a rental property of mine. I couldn't be there due to prior committments. They called when the issue was resolved. He's prompt, efficient, thorough, and even advises on future maintenance to prevent emergency calls. He's showed up once at 9:45 PM for an emergency (broken pipe over electrical entrance), stayed til work was complete. Called when work was complete. I was able to stay home with my kids that very cold night, and make payment the next day, so I didn't need to take them out in the cold, or get a sitter. RECOMMENDED!
