 + -1 moreI have an issue with the billing department. The customer service is about average. TruGreen leaves flags to alert people they were there. I am very satisfied with them letting me know when they are coming. They do their job very quickly and I dont like the fact that they rushed.

 + -1 moreI have seen such an improvement since Trugreen Chemlawn has started treating my lawn. It is greener, has less weeds, and is much fuller. The staff is very pleasant when I talk to them too.
Description of Work: Trugreen Chemlawn sprays our lawn with fertilizer, pesticides and weed killer. They only come out four months a year and each treatment is $35.

 + -1 moreWe have been complaining to Tru Green that they are killing the edges of the lawn. They dont seem to turn fast enough and are dumping too much on the edges, causing the lawn to die. They havent stopped so we will not get them next year.

 + -1 moreI think someone there quit and that is why they have not been back since their one visit. As far as the quality and responsiveness and punctuality goes, I would not hire them again. There are weeds in my yard and I really dont appreciate that they havent been back.
