They are responsive. The phone contact is good if I have any problems. The price is good. I pay by the year and I pay it ahead of time for 4 sprays. They are very professional. They are usually successful with the treatment of the lawn.

I asked them to take care of the grass I'm allergic to but they didn't. The price was competitive. The quality, responsiveness, and punctuality was just okay. I didn't have to wait too long. I would not use them again in the future.

It worked great. They keep calling once a month to get you to have them come back out or sign up.

They do a good job. If I call them, they come out to provide service. Once I sign a contract, the price sticks. I pay by the season. I use them for their reliability and affordability, as well as for their staff.

They always do a perfect job. If there are any issues they will take care of them.

They are a good company with good service. However, I didn't see much improvement with my lawn. You don't have to be here for them to perform the service, which was nice.

I have had them for over twenty years. They are effective, and quick to respond. The price is good as well.

TruGreen is very good. I have them come four times a year to do the work and they do an excellent job.

Came and aerated my lawn without my request or consent, outside of services I had agreed to by contract, and used auto-pay to deduct the $$ from my bank account. I called and asked why they did this - they told me I had requested it the previous year, which I did not - I had requested a grub application, which I subsequently cancelled because I lost my job. It took approximately 2 1/2 weeks for them to put my money back. I am cancelling my service agreement with them for next year.

They are pretty quick. Nobody really notices them except for the fact that they put the little flag in the lawn. They seem to provide decent service.

We were out of town when they came. They did a good job.

I pay for the whole year. Depending on what time of the year it is, they may do a pre-emergent weed and seed, or they may do a post-emergent weed and seed. They do the grub treatment too. They come out at least 5 times. They do a couple of summer treatments, and they do one in the fall. It has always been a very positive experience for me. I like how they handle things. When the treatment is put on, they always leave a hand tag which explains what they did and any problems that I need to address with my lawn. I think their price is fair. I would use them again in the future.

I have been using their services for about five years. You do not need to be home, they always leave a receipt of what they have done and it is real convenient.

They come out extra when I have some weeds. They are very courteous when they are there. They leave me a note on the door to tell what they all did.

I had used them last year and they did a great job. I called again this year because they show up when they are supposed to, they are very professional and my yard looks great all season long.

The service is fairly routine and they are never late. They do an excellent job and I am pleased with the whole thing. They are professional and complete the work in a good amount of time. I would recommend them to other people any time.

They come once a month exactly as agreed. The weeds are gone and the yard looks great. This is a well-established business that does excellent work. They offer a great price and are very professional and courteous.

I'm really not too happy with the people they sent out this time and am considering canceling my contract. I happened to be home while they were here and they missed areas while I watched. When I pointed this out to the guy, he argued with me and was quite rude. I would not recommend them.

They missed part of my lawn on a few applications. We have an irregular-shaped pie lot. I called, and they did send someone back out to get the area. I just feel like I still have weeds, even though I have this service. They are willing to make the customer happy by repaying or crediting the call.

Overall I was not happy with the quality of the service. However they always returned my calls and were very responsive. They even sent me a letter apologizing for losing me as a customer. I feel the prices were reasonable compared to other companies.

I question hiring Tru Green again, because I think that the dandelions in my lawn are worse than the dandelions in my neighbors lawns.

This is the second year weve used Trugreen Chemlawn. The first time, they were unable to get rid of a certain weeds, so they said they would work on it this year. Also, sometimes they can be a little hard to get a hold of. Otherwise, they do excellent.

Weve used Trugreen Chemlawn for three years, and they always do good work. Our lawn looks wonderful, and I cant imagine what it would look like without them. They are a great company to work with.
