The tech was extremely professional, knowledgeable and punctual both times he was at our home. The part that we needed was not readily available and had to be ordered. Their e.t.a. was spot on and they came out the day after the part arrived. With the cost of the part and the tech's rate, it was still cheaper than buying a new laundry washer. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and neighbors!

I called phone number I got from internet and scheduled appointment for next day. I told the man I spoke to that my gas oven had stopped working. He came as scheduled and had an ignitor with him and replaced it in about 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and informative.

Repairman was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was very pleasant and professional. Work was done in an hour or so.

Service was accomplished in two visits. Day one: the serviceman cleaned the refrigerator water line and checked coils, etc. He did this very quickly so my bill was only for one half hour of work, which included checking and ordering parts for stove and dryer. All work was done quickly, even with the explanation of what he was doing and why. Day two: the serviceman installed a new clock/display and tested stove and burners. He also installed dryer gas line and vent. I was very happy with serviceman who explained in detail everything he was doing and why. He also gave me recommendations on future maintenance.

Our oven was taking quite a long time to reach the desired temp. It had been a problem we lived with for a few months. Rather that replacing the oven, we thought we'd attempt to get in repaired given it is in otherwise great working condition. Appointment process was easy. The technician was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He determined the problem quickly and already had the parts on his truck (he anticipated the problem based on the information I provided when scheduling the appointment). Great experience.

Tech was beyond thorough and left me very confident with his diagnosis. Tech walked me through every step in his search for possible oven issues. Very knowledgable and tech savy. Tech also took his time as if it was his own appliance. Unfortunately the ovens life was expired as the mother board in computer was shot. Tech investgated and found our model was discontinued and manufacturer had no access to parts for repair as it was no longer made.. Tech advised me of what to stY CLEAR OF IN PURCHASING NEW OVENS AND I COULD CALL HIM ANYTIME FOR ADVICE AT NO CHARGE. AMAZING SERVICE !

Work with refrigerator was great, and continues to be fine. Not real clear if the washer control board was actually bad, so maybe and 'extra' repair that may not have been required but washer is also working and continues to be fine, although it does seem to rattle durring sping cycle more than it used to. I was a little surprised that I had to pay for 2 seperate site visits since I gave all the info over the phone about the model of washer when I called the first time but he did not bring any part with him. This suggests that they do not keep much stock on hand.

I called, made the appt, they came and assessed what the problem was, ordered the part, installed the part when it came in and that's it.

After a call from us , the repairman arrived right on time , and was fast and efficient....we will definitely use there services in the future.....

They did a very good job, I thought they were excellent. They were clean, polite and showed me what I could do the next time myself. They were punctual and the gentleman was nice, I would recommend them.

They were prompt and did the job. They returned our phone call. They did it in a timely manner at a reasonable rate.

I like them because they came out the same day that I called them. The only hold up was that they had to order for a part. When the part finally came, they came out and fixed it on a Saturday. It was really great. Their price was good too. It was exactly what they had said it would be. They did a good job and they cleaned up well after themselves. I?d definitely call them again in the future.

I called in the morning and the repair person was fixing my machine in the afternoon. He was unable to get the part that day, but came back the next morning with the part. My washing machine was repaired within an hour and the machine now works well and I feel that the price charged was fair. The repair person was friendly, informative and cleaned up after himself. He left the broken part with me so that my husband could take a look at it. I am a very satisfied customer and will call Reimers again if I have an appliance that needs repair.

Well, I would say the experience was great. Reimers Appliance Service kept me informed about the repair, when they'd be there, and if there was a problem with the part. I also thought their prices were reasonable. They're also very professional and courteous.
