Not quick or smoothly but not Reimers fault. Part was discontinued and I had to source online. Matt was very professional.

It started working when the technician arrived. However, I was impressed by the tech. He said that he'd have to charge for the call but asked "is there anything I can look at while I am here like the dishwasher or refrigerator?" He put a screw in that was missing. Sooo helpful!!!!

Terrible response... charged $100 for diagnostic visit. Then came back with "part I thought would work." Then they claimed that the electricity wasn't working right to the fridge. Something mumbled about how old houses can sometimes change the diagnosis, or at least fool the technician. After leaving, claiming he'd call us back the next day... they never called again. I called several times an left messages for tech to call - each time assured (several times by the owner) the tech would call back. Finally, after months of this, literally months... they claimed they couldn't find schematics online for the fridge and that they couldn't help us. We never spoke with the original tech again. Truly bizarre. Owner regularly apologized for him not calling us back...?! Sad service routine. And they should give us our diagnostic back so we can pay it to someone else to fix it.

Very personable. Replaced parts and gave me several pointers on how to get even more use out of my convection/gas oven.

We were very pleased with our experience with this company. The woman who took our phone call treated us like family! She mentioned that they were very busy , but when she found out it was our refrigerator that needed attention , she did her best to fit us into the schedule as soon as possible. The service repair man arrived on schedule. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and had our refrigerator running properly in a very short time. We would definitely use this service again and recommend them to others.

The technician who came out to service our gas range was very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected the range and found nothing wrong so we ended up paying just the service call. We would hire again if necessary.

It was expensive but they did it well and they are the only game in town for high-end appliance repair.

We were told the approximate time that the technician would arrive and he did so within minutes of the quoted time. He was polite and efficient, working quickly and neatly. He was able to assess the problem almost immediately and completed the repair to our total satisfaction. I would definitely use this company again.

I have a 9 year old washing machine. It was leaking, so I called Reimer's to schedule an appoinment. The service technician came to my home, on time, and told me that the pump was leaking. He told me the part would be $69.95, plus the service call of $74.95. He advised that it would be better to fix the machine, rather than replace it because the machine was in excellent condition, and would probably last quite a while longer. I said "OK", and it was fixed. He was quick and there was no mess!! I also used a $5.00 Angie's coupon.

Extremely well. It turns out that Amana uses a commonly available ice maker in its refrigerators, so the technician happened to have a replacement right on his truck, thus we didn't have to wait for a part. The entire visit was under 2 hours, and we now have a functional ice maker and dispenser. We were interested to find out that some other manufacturers use other less easily available components, so that's will help us when we choose a new refrigerator.

They were able to make an appointment quickly, they had to order a part, but installation was scheduled quickly once it was received.

It went really well. The person arrived on time, was very professional, diagnosed the problem and got to it. I was satisfied with his work and friendliness. I wish it cold have been a few dollars less expensive but I think everyone charges a lot for home visits. I would definitely use this company again for any repairs on any of my appliances.

We had a power surge with some confusion on the part of the power company, electricians, investigators. I and the electrician had assumed that the freezer had not been fried in that the lights were on. So I went off for the weekend planning to replace a number of items upon my return .... and returned to a melting mess in the freezer. Reimers had been out in the past doing a great job with our washer, so we of course turned to them. I quickly had a new motor installed, with courtesy, assistance with my mess, needed info provided, and a pleasant experience. Excellent and friendly service.

The office staff was very nice and the technician was friendly and professional. He was able to call in and get the part we needed on the truck even though it was about 15 minutes past the daily cut off time. He then came back the next day to install the part. He also helpfully answered all our questions about the repair including whether our refrigerator was worth repairing, what the average life span of the model is, etc. On the day he came to install the part, he had the office call to let us know he was running a half hour late, which was thoughful. The repair itslef (part replacement) was very quick.

The repair went well. It was completed in two visits because of the need to order a part, and it took a bit longer than I'd hoped because the repairman got sick. But people do.

Matt arrived on time and was very polite. I explained the issue I had with the ice maker. He was able to quickly diagnose that a valve needed to be replaced. Matt had the part required for the repair in his service van. Matt removed the old valve and replaced with the new valve in under 1/2 hour. Matt also replaced the arm that indicates when the ice container is full which had broken a a few years ago. Great service and a fair price. Will definitely use Reimers again in the future for major appliance repair.

I appreciated the fact that Matt came on a Saturday and took care of the problem. Both times, the technicians called in advance to notify me when they were coming. Both ran a little late. However, they were professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to call Reimer's again for service.
