Description of Work: Called them to perform cleaning on A/C unit as they (formerly Monroe Heating/Cooling) last serviced the unit and we recently moved into the house. Came for cleaning as scheduled and for price as promised. When performing cleaning, claimed that we were low on Freon. Explained that this is typical for a unit of our age. Price for one pound of R22--$115 (have since realized that this is quite high). Also discovered that loss of Freon is infrequent and should initiate a test for leak. Really feel swindled.
