Description of Work: I called and described a problem I was having. The lady I spoke to did not have any ideas. She indicated that they could come out and look at it tomorrow. She said it would be a $75 charge just to come out. I asked if I could talk to a service technician to describe the problem and get an idea if they had seen this problem before and offer ideas on a remedy. She indicated that was not possible. I declined the service call and went with another company.

Description of Work: replace two single garage doors with new insulated doors. on time, cleaned up after the job and installed new opener that i purchased, even though it was not from them. very happy with price and quality of the doors and install.

Description of Work: we had an old rusty garage door replaced...When we went to Profetta they were very friendly and took time to explain different options. We had to order the door. They called and we could of had it installed the same day, but we were unavailable.. I picked the next available date(within a few days) and they were here earlier then expected and completed the job within about 3 1/2 hours.We were very pleased with the service and installation.

 + -1 morePerfectly. They provided an accurate quote by phone and didn't attempt to upsell me when the arrived to do the work. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and courteously. There was nothing to clean up when the work was done. This company, compared to another highly rated company on this list, seemed much more honest and transparent in their dealings with me.

 + -1 moreThe service was ordered 6 to 7 weeks earlier. We had to call to find out there was a delay in their receiving the materials from their supplier. Their estimate of how long the delivery would take changed several times. That is my only complaint about them. The work was great, and they even did some adjustments on my other door without additional charges. The repaired door operates more easily than it ever has (no electric opener).

 + -1 moreThe openings on the garage were not standard size and were not square. They removed the old doors, made the door opening square and the correct size, and installed the new doors. They were very professional throughout the whole process and left the area very clean. They helped me program the button in my car for a garage opener they did not install. All-in-all, I am very pleased with the doors and their work.
