Monday evening my garage door torsion spring broke. I called them at 7:45 Tues morning. The woman who took my call was pleasant and professional, said a person would be here between 10 and 2. Responsiveness was key to me since the door could not be opened and my cars were inside. The guy arrived at 9:30. He was done by 10:20. Door is working fine. So from a responsiveness standpoint, very impressive!

If you’re reading this review, don’t waste your time looking for another garage door company! They’re very skillful,knowledgeable and very reasonably priced! You won’t be disappointed!

As luck would have it, my garage door developed problems over the Memorial Day weekend. I received a return phone call from Profetta first thing Tuesday morning and they had a technician at my home by noon the same day. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

They actually recommended not completing other repairs until I had the doors replaced. It wouldn't be worth the money. Few places do this.

Door spring broke on Labor Day, so called Profeta first thing on Tuesday AM. I actually called 15 minutes before their official opening time and got an answer n the second ring. I described the problem, and also asked if I should repair it or replace the door. After a brief discussion I decided to just repair it. he gave me a price right then for both options, which factored into the decision. He promised someone would be out "later this morning". However, I had a pleasant surprise when the repairman rang my doorbell about a half hour after my call!! I showed him the problem and he got right to work. After replacing the spring he checked over the rest of the door, adjusted the door opener, lubricated the rollers and thoroughly tested it. It works smoothly and flawlessly. The total onsite time was less than 45 minutes and I was good to go. I've used Profeta several times previously and have had similar excellent experiences. I highly recommend them!

It went Great! We purchased a new house and was given 3 remotes for our two car garage. 1 remote worked and one of the keypads worked. We called Profetta, they came out right away, reprogrammed everything, fixed the door that just wouldn't open, explained the details of the system and were on their way. We were amazed that everything was done so quickly and they didn't try to sell us anything; in fact we were told we had a great system and didn't even need they tune-up we *thought* we needed.oad

They were my cheapest quote. They were fast and easy to deal with. One year after installation, I had a small problem with part of the door popping off the track - they came out quickly and fixed the problem with no charge and no questions.

He was able to install sooner than expected so we were able to avoid the cooler weather. Did a great job with everything.

The problem was repaired quickly, and I was only charged for a service visit. The diagnosis was that I had entered my code when someone was programming their automatic door, so their code also would activate my door. I believe it was the neighbor across the road from me.

Everything went very well from start to finish. The salesperson Sam was knowledgeable friendly and patient with all my questions and indecision. Installers Chad and Kevin did a great job. They were prompt courteous and the job looks great. Would recommend them highly.

Dana (the owner) came out to provide an estimate for the job on 05/27. I chose the Amarr Stratford 3000 door, 8x7, white, no windows. The installed price was $625 provided I removed the existing garage door and got rid of it myself. I was told it would take approx 2 weeks for them to get the door, and that they would call a day ahead of the installation so I had enough notice when to remove the old door. They called me the morning of 06/06 (Fri) to let me know they would be there Saturday at roughly 11am. The installer was Mike who showed up on time, got the new door installed in less than 2 hours, and was very personable and professional. The new door looks and works great. Profetta had done some door installations for me several years ago and I was happy with them then so I was glad to be a repeat customer! I do feel the price was just a touch on the high side considering this was a very standard installation with a standard featured stock size door, but not excessive.

When I asked about installing the particular model we had purchased (and had on its way to us), I was told that they don't install them because there have been problems. When I mentioned the positive ratings (hundreds) that this manufacturer had received, the answer was that if there were problems, we would hold Profetta responsible and be unhappy with them. Well, they have actually accomplished that without even setting a foot in our garage. Their failure to elaborate on what they thought were problems in the face of their curt refusal to provide services has earned our dissatisfaction.

2-car garage with overhead door, came with the house when we bought it, started rattling a little bit but gradually got worse to the point of being very annoying. So we called Profetta doors and they were very professional about setting up an appointment. Serviceman arrived on schedule and got right to work, and completed the job within half an hour. The garage door sounds much better now! He explained well what he did and what the charges were. Only minor complaint that I didn't notice until he left - he put big red and quot;Profetta Garage Doorand quot; stickers on everything! There are no fewer than 5 stickers on the opener unit itself, and each and quot;sectionand quot; inside the garage door. I tried to peel one off but they aren't going anywhere. That is the only reason I gave a and quot;Band quot; for professionalism - wish I had been asked if I wanted the stickers before he did that.

OThey removed the old Overhead Door and installed the new one in only 3 hours. wireing was lose so they rewired the Garage Door Opener, which they didand quot;nt have to do.

Awesome service. They did a great job or replacing the broken door spring, lubricating the garage door. Works better now than it ever did. They will be the first people I call if I ever need garge door service in the future.

The garage door jammed off kilter while it was being lowered. We weren't able to free it, and so called to schedule a repair late Monday afternoon. We were given a time Tuesday morning. The repairman arrived on time, worked efficiently, and repaired the door for a reasonable price. We're quite pleased.

Wonderful! The put up with multiple questions and concerns we had, compared prices for us and gave us multiple options. The old door had bent the track and jammed the door opener - they replaced the door, track, trim, hauled away the old mess and left us with a wonderfully functioning new door all in the space of a couple hours. They also stopped to ask where we wanted the window panel, and suggested the top panel instead of the second one down because it would make the door look more modern. We're truly pleased with the work, the professionalism and the overall quality of this company!

Because I called to have my doors replaced in December, they originally told me I would have to wait until January to get the work done which I agreed to. However they called me after only one week and told me they could do it sooner if I was available and there was no extra cost which was fantastic. The gentlemen who installed the doors and took out my old ones was prompt and very professional. He did a great job and finished in much less time than I expected. I expect these doors to last quite a long time now but If I ever need any more work I will definitely call Profetta.
