Mister Sparky

Excellent. On time, professional. They also hooked us up with the company to install the air conditioning unit. We've owned the home for over 20 years and see no reason to use another electrician besides Bill Murdy and the guys at Mr Sparky.

James arrived on time, walked me through all the specs and estimates and completed the work wonderfully. He cleaned up the debris and I will definitely recommend Mister Sparky - and James - to one and all. I will use this company again in the future for all my electrical needs.

The tech arrived as promised at the requested hour. An estimate for the service was provided and the work was completed in about 60 minutes. I would definitely use them again. Got the angie's list discount in addition to the pre-paid advertised $200 in electrical work for $100.

These guys are GREAT!!! Called for an appointment after reading the reviews and got one for the next morning... They sent Anthony a really nice, young and very professional electrician... I explained the scope of the work I wanted done.. He got it right away, and had many of the parts in his truck. He started work immediately... after lunch he went to get some more parts... He stayed on the job all day... He needed to get a few more parts, and came back 2 days later to complete the job... I had no idea exactly what fixtures I wanted, but the stuff he brought with him was very high quality and exactly what we needed. While they may not be the cheapest around, if you want fast, professional, very clean, high quality work with a minimum of fuss and immediate gratification don't bother looking around and just call these guys!

Contractor gave me one day service and was prompt. He was neat, courteous, very obliging, and did all that was expected of him. He was very professional and pleasant. I was amazed at the kind of service I received. I am in the Hamptons and not used to this kind of service from contractors. I would use this contractor again and highly recommend him. They were prompt and professional. They did excellent electrical work and explained what they were doing. They were able to get the job done in 2 days and they even wore booties in my home to not track dirt in. They were very clean.

Mike , came and put up the ceiling and cleaned up afterwards too.

The electrician called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and did everything I needed done.

When we called the electrician arrived within 30 minutes. Kevin was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and the details involved. We had a very pleasant experience and would recommend him.

The technician was very pleasant and also patient. We moved into the house almost a year ago, but the doorbell has never worked. The technician was thorough and followed the wires all the way to the electric panel and was able to determine what the problem was. He added new doorbell buttons that are ACTUALLY connected to the doorbell, and now it works great.

The cost of the service was $237 plus tax which in my opinion is a little overpriced. There was no electrical work done - they replaced the remote and connected it to the fan. Anyway the technician did not credit us for the $99 already paid for the service. I was not at home and my husband did not understand the invoice. I contacted Mister Sparky immediately and they agreed that we were owed $100. They sent a check the same day. My only comment is that I believe their pricing is a little high for the service performed.

prompt , courteous, friendly, went the extra mile

Arrived during the indicated time window. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Did not oversell. Informed of what was good as well as possible improvements in the future. Completed the work quickly. He installed light switches that I provided without concern or hesitation.

The provider came out and established that he was unable to replicate the problem. I have chosen to seek a refund with Angie’s List. They provided a good service and were very thorough.

Good communication, and installation went well. Explained all features on the lights. Several months later, and lights are still working well.

This was not an easy job, Paul took his time to make sure his diagnosis was correct prior to completing the job, he also reviewed all my electrical needs and provided a written list of priority needs. Paul did a neat job, and solved my problem.

The company representative (Kevin) came and submitted a proposal of $8,599 for 14K gas generator with a one year service contract. They filed all the paperwork. Since we needed a gas line installed, a plumber was recommended by Mr. Sparky. After all permits were obtained Mr. Sparky came in delivered the generator and Kevin hooked it up. The plumber, then sent his men to hook up the gas line. We were not very pleased with the plumber. Mr. Sparky, on the other hand, worked neatly, efficiently, and had his own tools/equipment so he did not have to "use" anything of ours. Waiting for the inspectors was another story as one is needed for the gas and another for the electric. If I needed any further electrical service, I would definitely call Mr. Sparky.

The quality of the work was fine. I would use these services again. The only not completely positive thing I can add is that due to a missing part, one small part of the job could not be completed that would have been done if the part was present. Otherwise, all went well.

Our electriaian's name was Paul. He arrived on time and was courteous and proffesional. Our circuit breaker kept tripping leaving us with only partial lighting. Mr.Sparky (Paul) worked for hours trying to locate the outlet that was causing the circuit to trip. He was patient and methodical while working around crying babies and barking dogs. Once he found the outlet he explained to us what needed to be done. Broke down all the prices for us and fixed problem. We will use him in the future for any electrical problems that we might have.

I didn't use their service but I believe they would have done an excellent job.

Repair was completed timely and efficiently

The technician knew what he was doing, he found the initial problem and explained in detail what he had found and how he corrected the problem. I was really impressed with his expertise and attitude. Considering the time of day for the service call( 5:30 pm) I found it to be fair.

It was excellent. They were very upfront with the prices. They had assessed the item and showed me what the price was to hang the chandelier. The service was neat, clean, quick and it did work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They did a great job. They came out fairly soon after I purchased the deal. The quality of their work was excellent.
