What I thought was a simple change of a breaker in the main panel turned out to be something more complicated. Ben took the time to find what the issue was and correct it. At all times he showed professionalism but also was friendly and informative. He even took the time to put shoe covers on his feet every time he came into the house after running out to his truck for things. The issue is now solved and I appreciate how Ben was determined to do the job right. I would certainly use Mr. Sparky again!

Terrible. They were in no way transparent regarding their charging policies. We chose them because the service visit was 125 bucks, but that included no time/labor not even diagnosing the problem. Then they ripped us off on the work it ended up being almost 500 bucks (almost the cost of the stove) to have him cut the two wires (that had plenty of extra line to use) and install a new 3 dollar electric box. It was a total scam, I should have just done it myself. -Fred

came on August 31st to give me an estimated to run a dedicated line to the panel box for a freezer I could see on the technicians face that he had no idea how to run this line and he told me that would be extensive damage to the sheetrock and would be an all day job cost 1195.00 thinking this was way over the top I called another replica electrician off Angie's List cost me 440.00 and how to put only one little notch in the ceiling that you can't even notice now I would have eyes anybody before using his company make sure you do your homework most of all I would not trust them I don't know how they're going to justify this this is outrageous

George came on Thursday about 8:30 am to replace the box .He finished around 11:30.Then we made sure everything in the house worked before he left around 12:30. He marked a lot of the breakers so we would know what they were.

They were wonderful! I would recommend them and use them, again.

It was good. No issues. They did the work a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal. I think the price is a little high but I guess that's the price for electrical work. I don't live in the house and I don't have license so I had to hire them. I like Angie's List because it's easy to find people to get work done. I think the quality is good. The tenants didn't complain after. I am not sure how well they cleaned up, but I would say they cleaned up because my tenants didn't complain. They are pretty quick which is important when I have to deal with tenants.
