The service person was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced my circuit breaker in no time.

It was alright. I think, it was about $400 altogether. Price is too expensive. I’ve got to do more research, I’m not sure if I will use again. I guess they do a good job, maybe you can do it yourself. It really took them no time at all, like 15 minutes. Workers were fine. Cleaned up fine.

They did the work well, cleaned up and there was a follow up phone call to check for any problems. The worker was professional. We haven't compared prices for an exhaust fan with a heater element, but the price seemed a bit high.

He charged for a simple thing, $300. It's very expensive. He forgot to give me the discount from what I purchased Angie's List. I did call up and complain that it was too much. All of a sudden they found that they forgot to apply the discount. It was still and astronomical price. It was just a wire, I couldn't reach it because of my shoulder that's why I called them. I'll never use them again. As a matter of fact, the guy apologized so he knew. He did the job but not for the price. He was neat.

The installation went great and Tony the electrician was professional, respectful and quick. I requested an estimate to replace two existing high hats for future repair. The markup on the high hats I found to be ridiculous at a $250 for the part which is like a 500% mark up for replacing the housing. I used them because my regular electrician was busy and even with the coupon, $49 for $100 worth of work plus I supplied one GFI, still cost me almost over $200. I know electricians are expensive, but for a big company, they are high.

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough, did a great job and explained how to use the new outlet.

man was pleasant. it seems breaker was a little off. spent 3 minutes in my house. switched on breaker. charged me my full $49. should have been courtesy call. he was going to charge more but office said my voucher.was enough.

The technician explained the problem, suggested ways to correct the problem and then quickly fixed it. It was explained that the cost was higher than anticipated because the part itself had a fixed cost.

...he said need other 340 to just to check the switch or bulb. ...he was very furious not in listening/helping mood. i felt like he just came to collect his $69.00 in additon to I paid $35.00 through the angies llist

Kevin stopped by to survey the job. Jim followed up to complete the job at the scheduled time. Both did an excellent job. Jim had to cut the wall open to accommodate the larger panel. When he was finished, you couldn't tell the wall was cut open at all. I saw the wiring that was done inside the panel, and it was the neatest job I had ever seen. Jim and Kevin did an incredible job and both were incredibly nice guys.

I was very pleased with my experienced with Mister Soarky. They called to confirm the appointment and came at the designated time. The electrician was professional and knowledgeable. The work was done competently. The price was a little high, but the quality service justified the price.

I've used Mr. Sparky on several occasions, always professional, Kevin is an excellent electrician and a true gentleman. Thanks again for your service. My services were covered under warranty plan.

This company was very professional.

I have a ceiling fan over my bed with lights, in the middle of the night sometimes the light starts flashing & the temp of the fan changes on its own.

Excellent, all went well from making appointment. to repair. Electrician quickly diagnosed and repaired issues. Great service.

All went fine as usual from scheduling to the work performed. Elvin came out completed all work from diagnosis to repair in one hour. Cleaned up and removed all debris. He was very gracious and respectful, I would request him again to work in my home. I have used their services several time and found all their electricians to be on the same professional par. Thanks

It's really too bad that there are companies like this that try to cheat and rip off homeowners. Why can't you just be honest, make a little profit and move on to the next job. I am getting a new dishwasher and the electrical line needed to be replaced and he also said Circuit breaker should be changed to 20 amp instead of 15. Very cut and dry job.....we both know exactly whats needs to be done. How much do you think something like this should cost? The tech started out with $800! All I could do was laugh ..... nothing needed to be moved, hole was already in the floor ...... what a joke. Then he walked away, spoke with someone on the phone about price and then arrived at this $319 number + service fee $69 + tax. Still not good enough in my mind, so I now had to get on the phone with the company and we settled on $319 total all in. The job was less than 1/2 hour from start to finish. Materials had to be less than $50, and there is no way they are paying their techs that much ...... nice profit. Why do we have to go through all this? It took more time to negotiate the price than it took to do the work! I still paid too much in my mind but, I was having a new dishwasher installed the next day. It's upsetting that the tech started at $800, it really makes me worry about other homeowners being ripped off. The sad thing is that he is probably being instructed to do this by his managers/company. Hopefully this helps you to steer clear of Mister Sparky wherever you might live. I will NEVER, EVER call this company again. Update: I just received a call from the company because of this review. I would first like to thank Angie's List for doing a good job of creating a tool that holds these companies accountable for the way that they decide to do business. After speaking to them this morning I stand by my original comments but, have moved my grade up slightly. The only reason I have moved the grade up is because I feel bad for the tech that came to my house. He actually did a very good job with the work and was a very nice young man. The tech was great, I actually liked the guy alot - pricing the job was horrible. The pricing structure is great for the tech and the company but NOT AT ALL for the homeowners. At the end of the day you will make more money and feel better about it if you are honest. The company admitted the mistake but they are still pricing jobs way too high. The installation of the Nest Wifi thermostat went very well. The electrician, Nick was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He was able to complete the job very quickly and no issues to date. Also, before the electrician entered the house, he put on those blue shoe covers, which I greatly appreciate. Very professional!!!! I will definitely use them again.

The electrician Nick was great but if I didn't have the Angies List deal for $49 fot $100 of electrical services it would have cost me $250 for 2 dimmers! unbelievable ...I will Never use them again. They never told me the cost of installation before the job. i didn't ask because the deal said jobs like dimmers and ceiling fan installations. Lesson learned!!!

Almost a great job and personable technicians.

It went well. The job was done as requested. He was on time. Work was done promptly and accurately.

PLEASE do not hire Mister Sparky - they are OVERPRICED - OVERPRICED and OVERPRICED - a small outlet was a thousand dollars - I had a coupon and they said they would not take it - Hire ANY other electrician but DO NOT hire Mister Sparky - they will rape you on their prices - PLEASE DO NOT USE MISTER SPARKY
