Mister Sparky Electric has been providing Nassau and Suffolk Counties with superior residential electrical services since 1963! Our professional & certified electricians provide a wide range of services. All our electricians are background and drug tested for your safety. We offer financing for all sized projects. For emergency service (after 5pm weekdays & Saturday or all day Sunday) please call (516)536-5700. We always have a "real" person answering our phones. We also offer specific 3 hour windows where we GUARANTEE we will arrive within your time window or the call is FREE! We will call and let you to let you know when we are dispatching to narrow down that window and to let you know who will be coming to your home. Description of Work: From the very first call to the office, everyone was pleasant and efficient. The electrician arrived on time and had everything with him to complete the job. He was even wearing little booties on his shoes to keep my house clean. MD was such a nice person and worked so hard to get everything done for me. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Dear Customer, When you purchase a Big Deal off of Angie's List, you always have the option to get a refund if you choose not to use it. Angie's List needs to process that refund. We never received a call from you regarding a refund. We advised any other customer who had called to call Angie's List and they would be happy to process the refund. We would have done the same for you if we had received a call. We are so sorry you felt it necessary to rate us the way you did. We work very hard to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

Do not use them!
Description of Work: I bought the $99 for $248 of electrical work deal. They showed up when they said they would and quoted me $140 to fix an outlet and $500 to install a new breaker and an outlet just outside the breaker box. I wanted them to fix the outlet and use my deal I bought, but the guy said I couldn't do that. I had to have $248 or more worth of work to use the deal. He quoted me $500 to install a new breaker and outlet. I thought that seemed waaaay to expensive so I just had him fix the outlet and I paid separate from the deal I bought. I felt this was a scam, I wanted to use deal and was wiling to forfeit the remaining credit that I bought but couldn't. They way over bid me on the outlet install to make some money, needless to say I was a little p*****. They did redeem themselves a little by calling me after and apologizing and letting me use the $99 deal to pay for the outlet fix. I then called the best rated electrician on Angie's list in my area and they quoted me $140 to install the new breaker and outlet that Mr. Sparky wanted $500 for!!! They came and showed up on time, did the work perfectly and charged me exactly what they said they would. I would not use Mr. Sparky ever! a total scam if you ask me!

Dear Member, We are sorry for the initial misunderstanding. The issue was that our tech was explaining to you that you wouldn't redeem full credit of $248 if he only did $126 worth of work. Our customer service rep called and explained this to you and helped you redeem your coupon. She even mailed a $50 gift card toward any future work. Our goal is make you happy but please realize that the quote you received and the quote of the other electrician was not apples to apples. The addtional work that was quoted was for multiple items. We quoted $126 to correct a junction box in the basement and $248 to install a new quad receptacle as well. The $500 was the total of all 3 items (the 3rd item was the work we did). We wish you would have let us know of your displeasure when the customer service rep had called initially. Once again we are sorry that you found it necessary to give us such a horrible review but realize that we truly value our customers and hope this explanation will clarify things a bit and hope you will give us another try.
