What a wonderful company! I needed a lot of work on various plumbing concerns in my house, so the job was done over two days. Daniel, expert plumber, did an amazing job with everything. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He made recommendations that I followed and I am glad I did. I am more than happy with his work and the professionalism of the company. What a wonderful experience! Plumber expert, Daniel, arrived right on time and looked over everything in the house. He was courteous, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and made recommendations for repairs that were needed. With the long winter months coming up, this service gave me piece of mind knowing that everything was looked over. Cilento Pipeline Plumbing met ALL my expectations. This was a nighttime emergency service. After I placed the call (which was answered by a live person - another plus), I was called BS k within 5 minutes by Sal, the emergency man. I explained the situation and he arrived within the hour. The owner, John, also called. Sal is extremely professional and explained the situation step by step. He was non intrusive and stayed for approximately two hours until the job was done. I felt very safe with him doing this work. John Cilento followed up with a call and a visit the next day. I could not ask for anything more. I highly recommend this company!,,

Well, I needed help to reinstall a Baxi Luna 3 unit and Cilento said I should contact previous plumber, but I did not want the previous plumber into my house as he used another plumber's license and was obviously not competent. Months later, Cilento, called to ask if I still needed help, but by that time, I got help from another plumber. I think Cilento didn't want to step on toes of the previous plumber and that's why they guided me to contact the previous plumber.

GREAT !!! ACCURATE ESTIMATES / GREAT WORKMANSHIP WITH PRIDE First time - For the pipe cleaning I was given all the options ( for the job ) and I chose a thorough pipe cleaning . It worked out well . Understanding of the price and responsibility of being a homeowner (they didn't gouge me as many other companies had in the past ) They were very professional and courteous . All the while they explained the job well before I decided to proceed . They did an amazing job / didn't rush threw and cleaned up after the job was done . Second time - ( six months CILENTO PIPELINE installed an awesome utility sink ). They were so focused it seemed as though they were working on their own home . THANKS TO MATT / JOHN / JESSE and all the rest ( CLASS AND PROFESSIONALISM )

I had a leak and I wanted them to replace all of the pipes. They came when they said they would, they did good work, they cleaned up after themselves, the estimate matched the price, and overall I was very satisfied.

The service went well. They showed up on time and were reasonably priced.

They replaced the hanger straps as well as the pipe. The price was well above the National Home Improvement Estimator values.

It is the classic example of a good fix. The team of plumbers knew what and how to fix the difficulty. Nothing else matters.

They came on time the next morning,completed the job in slightly over 2 hours cleand up after the job was complete and even came back the next morning to repair a plastic drain pipe which was broken in the process. They were very efficent at what they did.

I had a faucet repaired. Initially it continued to drip do to dirt getting in the cartridge. They returned and cleaned out every cartridge and fitting on the faucet. It works like new!

A pipe burst on my second floor during the cold snap in January. On the night of the burst, the insurance company called in an emergency plumber. I asked that plumber to drain my system. He attached a hose to the hot water heater & furnace and let gravity do its job. I called in a second plumber to get an estimate for repairs. He said my system had not been "blown out." He offered to do this for me. That was very nice of him. But, I still needed to find where the pipe burst. So I joined Angie's List and started to look for a plumber. I called a few and decided to ask Cilento Plumbing to come in and find my leak. They were punctual, and we're able to quickly find the leaks no one else could find so far. The pipe burst in two places and an old cast iron radiator was leaking as well. They quickly repaired the two areas of copper piping and removed the radiator from the aystem. (I'll take care of it soon.) While they were working they advised me that my system still had water in it. I was shocked. After I approved the work, they then proceeded to properly winterize my home. All pipes were drained and blown out, as necessary. They then tested my dry system to make sure there were no leaks in either heating zone.. I was absolutely delighted with their professionalism and friendliness. I have a lot of additional plumbing projects for my home, and they are the only plumber I will call.

I was unhappy with the plumber I used to use because their workmanship was not good, so I decided to try Cilento after reading the reviews. I left a message on Sunday and mentioned that I found them on Angie's list. I received a phone call on Monday morning a little after 8:00 a.m. and was advised they could have someone at my home between 2-4 PM. At about 11:30 a.m., they called back to advise they had a tech available if I wanted to do it earlier. I said yes, and Terry showed up about 15 minutes later. He was friendly, polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly and made the repair. Based on this experience, I highly recommend them and plan on using them to update my master bath.

The initially scheduled date was changed due complexeties on a prior job. The plumber did not come at the scheduled time, but his office did call and relay that he would be late. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the leaks appear to be fully repaired.

It went well. The plumber was knowledgeable and experienced. Even made a few suggestions on what should be done in the future.

They were able to bring the main water line to the front of the house neatly without destroying my property. Courteous, quick, responsive, I couldn't have asked for more wonderful people. They can perform plumbing, heating and many other services and I would absolutely recommend them to others. Other places wanted to change me a lot more then they did. John Cilento runs a great company!!!!
