CILENTO PIPELINE PLUMBING & HEATING

Gene and Spencer did all the work in restructuring the system for our radiant heat. They were prompt, clean and courteous and explained in laymen terms what the issues were and how they were addressed. They went well above and beyond what the projected called for by "shocking" the hot water storage tank in order to purge sediment. This time consuming job was done with no additional charge. One replaced fitting developed a miniscule drip which was promptly addressed the next day, John Cilento, owner of the business personally came by to ensure the drip was stopped. Excellent work by very reliable people. A genuine throwback.

Company was responsive and punctual but price seemed higher than it should have considering the part replaced was less than $300.. Admittedly, I did not shop this job among other plumbers so the price may have been reasonable.

He was courteous and professional. He was careful to minimize breaking through the wall to get to the pipe. He cleaned up after the job was done.

What can I say? From the woman (Rachel?) in the office who helped and followed up with me to the help given to me, they were awesome. Without reservation I endorse and recommend Cilento Pipeline Plumbing and Heating.

Plumber, Gene, arrived promptly. He inspected the radiators and installed new valves on each. When the heat came up, he ensured that both radiators were working perfectly. Gene also replaced the face plate on the bathtub trip lever, so that baths can be taken in the bathtub. Gene was very professional and explained the work he was doing and why it was necessary. I felt confident in his ability to do both jobs. I would definitely hire Cilento Pipeline again!

Work went as just as John described and took two days. The crew was professional, prompt, courteous and cleaned up the work site when the job was complete. No surprises in the cost. I would definitely hire Cilento again.

They were good. We had an emergency they came right away. They came prompt, we called they were there, he was here in an hour and they fixed it and that was it.

It was expensive. It was $3000 because they had to rip up my floor, fix the pipes and move my hot water heater. It was a big job. I called the owner before the shop even opened and he got folks out here, first thing in the morning. They're very responsive, they're reliable. When they say they're going to be there, they're there. I would totally recommend them.

A few issues: The gauge glass that was replaced on the boiler wound up leaking. Cilento was quick to respond when I called and made an appointment for the next day, however, nobody showed up at the time of the appointment. When I called I was informed that they forgot to notify me of the cancellation. Another appointment was made the next day and the issue was finally resolved. My issue with this, is that as a plumbing company they should ensure no leaks prior to leaving a job. - Another small issue was with the installation of the hose faucets there was a small hole in the siding that was not caulked.

They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were friendly and very easy to work.

called on Monday feb 15 2016 to get a estimate to replace main shut off valve was put on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected.never called back I called them back this time took my number and said someone will call me back.it the 21 of feb still no call back.found someone else

Early December gas boiler was shutting off in middle of night. This occurred last season as well. My boiler was over 40 years old so had to face the inevitable. I wanted to get the job done in December so I could collect the offered rebate from the gas company. Selected a couple of contractors from Angies list for estimates. I decided that John Cilento of Cilento gave a more thorough evaluation so I selected him for the job. His workers appeared timely to do a very difficult task as the basement steps are narrow and steep, giving them small area to work in. It was a long day for them and they completed all the work. John helped me with an unexpected toilet problem as well at no additional cost! I can't say enough about this man's work ethic and professionalism! He looks out for his customers interest and makes certain the customers are pleased with the work. He aims to please... how refreshing!!!! Will certainly use them in the future. The job went great. John and his team did a clean professional job and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire job.

Although they were short-staffed today, they called in a plumber to do the work. The hot water heater was installed in a timely fashion. The owner, John Cilento, stopped by to assist in changing the valve in the radiator and leveling the radiator so that it will not bang when the heat comes up.

The work itself went wonderfully. The providers came at the scheduled time, the work was done as explained, the workers were punctual , polite and took care to be clean. The town building department took a much longer than expected time to approve the permit, and John, the owner,did all he could do (including in person visits to the building department) to get this expedited and finally accomplished! It was a small job, yet really important to me, and they treated it as if it were a huge job! Skilled plumbers and great customer service! Could not ask for better!!!!!

John was on time, professional and courteous. His price was good, and the work was done on time and very neatly. We are very happy with the results and will use Cilento Pipeline for future plumbing needs.

They are good, fast, reliable and don't waste time and show up when they say they're going to. Sal is the one that usually comes to my house and tends to my plumbing issues and he is a pleasure to do business with! I would highly recommend them to others.

Punctual, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Impressive. Found things wrong that we did not ask about when outside on the street, from memory. John went out of his way to go back into our basement to show them to me. Despite this, although we did not use their services this time, would highly believe in their ability to do a job right, the first time, no matter how difficult, in the future. Thank you!

The unit, a Baxi, is a bit more complicated, it seems, so more work to fully resolve the problem appears necessary. I appreciate the cordial service of the receptionist Christine, and the understanding and investigation of the tech Sal. I also appreciate the time the owner, John, devoted to checking the unit, explaining miscommunications, and answering my myriad questions.

Fixed the frozen pipe and all went well! Prompt and very personable.
