Description of Work: He had to run diagnostics on the refrigerator. After realizing it would be too costly he advised us it would be more prudent to buy a new one.

Description of Work: I called them for a broken dryer first which they fixed quickly became with a relaxed belt. They explained what they wer doing and how this part affects the dryer which I appreciated. |I called them again for garbage disposal. They fixed this also. |Seemed very reasonable and decent. Would use again. | |

Description of Work: Called Saturday morning because my washer broke down - they actually were able to come out the same day a couple of hours after I called. Looked at my 5 yr old washer and told me it was unrepairable . Could have sold me a repair - was honest enough to tell me I should just get a new one . Courteous - honest - prompt ... will use again if the need arises...

Description of Work: Washing machine repair

Description of Work: I called them on a Sunday and even though they were closed, they called me to assess the problem. They agreed to come the next day to look at my washing machine and called when they were on their way. There was nothing wrong with my machine but the technician found it was an electrical problem due to a local power surge. He turned on the button which regulated the machine and voila the machine started to work. They stayed to make sure everything was working. They apologized for having to charge for a service call for a 5 minute repair. I appreciated the fact that they responded quickly.

Description of Work: Problem with dishwasher, called appliance doctor and they came the same day. Performed some tests and determined that there were too many issues to be repaired and advised that it would be better to purchase a new dishwasher rather than repair the old model. Recomended a good appliance store based on experience of installation techs. Price was exactly as charged. I would use them again.
