the men were knowledgeable and courteous and did the work to my satisfaction

Jay and Blake did a nice job cleaning the ducts. We had a little more clean-up work to do in the basement than expected when they left. I would advise to get an on-site estimate with all options explained rather than an over the phone estimate prior to making an appointment for the work.

This man was friendly an courteous. He kept me apprised of exactly what he would be doing. He stuck to what he quoted the job would cost and he finished the job in a timely manner. He also let me know what else would need to get done in the near future. I would hire this professional again.

The technicians were great. I liked them and they are the only reason the sale stuck. The office manager was deceptive. I got a quote for what I wanted but he left out a lot. It cost me four times the amount to do what was necessary and what I originally asked for. I had sticker shock.
