The company Reps. were very efficient and wasted no time. They didn't balk at the fact that my home is a mobile home (as another Nation-wide company did), and I am pretty sure that they will get a lot more business here as this is a senior citizen mobile home park. There are no other outfits in this area that clean air ducts.

Communication with the company was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole procedure from start to finish. The actual technician that did the job and his assistant were excellent. We recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their ductwork cleaned. We definitely will call them again.

They showed up that day and did an excellent job. My dryer vent was completely blocked and they were able to clean the entire 20 foot run. They also replaced a damaged section. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely hire them to clean out air ducts.

Got our dryer vent cleaned out. I did not realize that every dryer vent should be cleaned out at least once in a while. Ours was fully plugged and the dryer smelled like something was burning. First I thought I needed an appliance repair company, but they don't clean out the vents. They suggested a plumber, but they don't do this either. I finally found Pure Air and they repaired part of the hose where it was shredded and completely cleaned out the entire system. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you don't know when the last time you had your dryer vent cleaned, call them ASAP. It could save you from having a fire.

Pure Air Care thoughly cleaned our furnace ducts ans replaced our clogged dryer vent. Jerry & Brian showed us amazing before & after pictures. The work was professional with very little mess. Two days later, after doing the laundry, we noticed the dryer vent sagged. A call was placed to Lee at 8am. Lee responded and was at our house within the hour, made some minor adjustments and now the vent is perfect. All employees were courteous and kept us informed as to what they were doing! Thank You Pure Air Care for being a Very Professional Operation.
