Aaron was a pleasant, persistent, sympathetic service provider. After a considerable amount of time and strategies, he was able to rescue my cat from a cold air return vent. He was very professional, taking care to mend what was needed to be mended and clearing all equipment and debris. Excellent work.

Jay and Amanda did a great job. They were very professional and explained everything. They wore masks the entire time and were very careful when moving furniture.

The tech did not clean up after the service, left my back yard gate open and I could have lost my dogs, did not replace the exterior vent cover, did not replace basement ceiling tiles he removed or the mess on the carpet from taking them out. Did not clean the vent from the dryer to the wall. Did not sweep the floor under the dryer. Was here less than 30 minutes and done. Service was worth $20 not $90. They offered to have him come back out to my house, I declined, if I wanted to watch a clown show I could turn on Nickelodeon.

It was a quick replacement of the dryer venting hose so now there are no more blockages.

Jay and Nate came to the house on time and did a short tour of the house to locate all of vents. Jay explained what was going to happen and approximately how long it would take. After settling on an invoice amount, (I had to remind Jay that Aaron said I would get a veterans discount on the service), Jay and Nate got to work. They were very careful working around furniture and other normal obstructions. They completed the job quickly, professionally and cleaned up after themselves.

I had used Pure AirCare once before and I was very happy with their service. When my condo HOA advised us that we needed to have our dryer vents cleaned I reached out to Pure AirCare. They were very accommodating. I referred several other owners to them and all were very pleased with the service. I will definitely hire them in the future. Thank you Pure AirCare!

I expressed an interest in seeing a before & after picture of the duct-work & dryer vent x2, but at the end of the cleaning service was not offered any pictures. I question the need for this service. When I asked to see the contents of the vacuum container, I was told that it was just emptied after the last cleaning. I definitely would not have it done every 2 years as was recommended
