They came to solve a problem, discovered a bigger issue and solved that as well. They were very competent and did a great job.

Both people who came to my home were very informative about what they were going to do. They left my home clean and showed me pictures both before and after what my ducts looked like after they completed their work. They moved any furniture they needed to reach all vents and moved everything back to where it was. As a disabled person they went out of their way to make sure I was not disturbed. I could not recommend them enough. My home is 120 years old and I had no idea when this had been done before. They showed me not only a huge amount of dust,dirt and even drywall that they cleaned out of my ducts.

Excellent job cleaning furnace air ducts. They are priced a little higher than others but well worth it. It took just under 3 hours of work for our 25 yr old ranch which had never had ducts cleaned before. You get what you pay for in service. The Techs à ¢à  à ¦. Leigh & Nate did a fantastic job..

Lee & Jerry did a great job cleaning our air ducts. They were very professional & friendly. We noticed a big change immediately with less dust in the house.

Lee, Brian and another young man were at my house to clean all my duct work (including my dryer vent), and install 2 UV lights onto my furnaces. I live in a double so I have two units. These guys were great. They were professional, thorough, and courteous. When I saw some of the debris in my ducts I was flabbergasted. I couldn't believe the amount of debris lingering in my ducts. I recommend their services immensely and wholeheartedly feel it was worth every penny. And if you've done any home renovation that includes gutting any rooms, CALL NOW! Your clean up wasn't as good as you think. Those fine dirt particles gathered in my ducts along with all the years of airborne other "stuff" was almost scarry.

Was very surprised at the thoroughness of the cleaning. All vents/returns were involved in the over 2 hour job. Justin and his assistant were great. I had expected all work to be done from the cellar and hadn't really prepped the upper floors. Despite this, they worked hard, friendly, and did the job! I Notice the positive impact on the air quality right away.

Justin & Lee cleaned our air ducts, cleaned all of the vents and sanitized the duct work. Showing me some of the pictures as they were going through the house. A huge difference. Very happy with the job and how nice they were. I would recommend them to others. I couldn't find exact heading for the service that was done for us. Serviced heating and cooling system.

The two guys that came to my house in Tonawanda NY Leigh and Mitch did an awesome job with the cleaning of all the air ducts in our house and both of them explained what was happening every step of the way and the both were very professional and on time and a job done well I would recommen Leigh and Mitch from Pure Air Care to come do the ducts in your house.I give them and the company 5 stars rateing
