They're cheap but their quality is not the best. Their price is very good.

I had a timing problem that Niagara Gutter went out of their way to accomodate. They estimator knew what he was doing in detail. They came in with the second lowest bid for the above work but I was impressed with the estimator's knowledge. They were willing to adjust to my schedule. They were punctual, professional, and very pleasant. Couldn't ask for more.

They did a decent job. He showed up on time and scheduling was fine. There was one person here cleaning the gutters and they were able to come by when I was not here. The work took a couple hours to complete.

Gutters are clean, some debris left in the yard. Worker left business cards for his personal handyman business.

They never responded to my request I did not use them as I thought the quote was too high. I also dont appreciate him listing private phone numbers in his response and would like that removed for the website.

There are not details except as written above. The provider should indicate what areas he services in more detail in the advertisement. I live in Erie County, therefore think most contractors service this area.

See above. In addition, the sub was very neat. After the job was completed, you would not even know that anyone was on the property. He even rewound our hose when he was done with flushing the gutters qnd downspouts. He added a short extension to the bottom of a downspout due to a minor amount of settlement. Finally, he put two Philips screws at the top and bottom of one of the elbows to a downspout since it was a little loose. He used the screws instead of rivets in case I had to remove the elbow. Since I'm no longer able to get up to the 2nd story of the house on a ladder, having this job done was a big relief. It was a job that appears to be very well done!!! Obviously, I won't know for sure how well the job was done until it rains. It should only be a two days or so. In the unlikely event anything changes, I'll let you know.

After initial call took 3 weeks to get job done, as they told me. Provided thorough service with good advice about ongoing maintenance. While price seems a little high, I couldn't get an honest bid from several other providers.

The work was excellent. They came on time. They were efficient. They cleaned up after themselves.

used these guys in the past and always the best. wouldn't use anyone else. did facia repair also. don' t waste your time with others

Actual work was done well. Cleanup was adequate. Had several broken appointments before the instalation was started but the contractor made it right.

Although the cost was a bit high, the office contact person explained that next year the service would be $99.00 if I continue to use their service. So I will. They were quick and very neat.

They did a great job. They were on time. They were here when they said that they would be here. They cleaned up after the job. I was not home when they were here but I was in phone contact with them a couple of times. I had some changes that I wanted done to the gutter system and they did that. So, I just found them very professional and accommodating.

I was planning on putting up new gutters on our daughters house and had thought of doing the work myself but a family emergency took me out of state. I called a few vendors but Niagara Gutter were most proactive in their response. They had previously done a complete re-gutter job on our own house which we were very happy with so I felt comfortable letting them do the job. I spoke to them on the phone while they reviewed the job. I left them to it and came back a week later. They did the job exactly as was described which entailed front and rear gutters tieing into existing downspouts and into existing gutters on an upper floor. The gutters were of a high quality and were fitted perfectly, including an awkward front gutter with a sloping fascia. They also tightened the fitting on the existing downspouts and left no debris on the site. When I analysed the cost difference between doing the job myself with 10ft pieces and getting Niagara Gutter Inc to do the job, the price differential was only about $200 and that was the best money I have spent in a long time. I could not be happier with the result. Had I donethe job myself, it would not have looked as good or been as robust - in face it would have looked a mess compared to what is now there. While they were a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes I got, I would not hesitate to recommend them - professional, prompt and polite.

The guy wanted to put new gutters when I didn’t need them. The estimate was kind of high. He was really good and prompt in calling me. He left it to me to think, but I just never called him back. He was pricey and I thought I can’t afford. I may call him next year.

they did a great job, were prompt and courteous. i was expecting to have to replace some or all of the gutters. they said they only needed to be cleaned and adjusted. a lot less money then i thought.

I was not at home when the work was done. When I came back it was totally complete and it wasn?t a mess. The job was completed on time. It was an excellent service and I had no complaints.

We began calling around for someone to come out and repair 2 downspouts on our home that had disconnected from the roof gutters. A co-woker who's husbnad does contruction on the side recommended Niagara Gutter; so I had them come out and do an estimate. We were pleased with the price so we sent them half the payment and waited to hear back. It toke them some time to get back to us (~1 month) but when they did they came out on the date and time specified and finished the job according to our wishes. More importantly; they made my wife feel very comfortable while they worked on the house. She usually is a little wary when construction workers are over but they were very courteous and friendly. They even did some extra little adjustments to the gutters that we didn't specify. All in all a great experience.

In getting estimates, these guys were responsive and quick. The price was right. They showed up when they said they would and did the job. A couple weeks later, when I noticed one of the gutters was "dripping", they came right out to fix it and reset the pitch. They also patched a hole in my soffit for free. These guys are great.

I am somewhat pleased with the end result. However, the person answering their phones was slow to return my phone calls after I decided to have Niagara Gutter perform the work. She also failed to confirm with me when exactly the work would take place. Thus, I was surprised to be woken up early in the morning by the workmen. It also seems that as they were installing one of the downspouts one of the workers threw duct tape down the drain. This caused the drain to back up shortly after they had completed the work, making it necessary for me to hire someone to clean the drain.

We will continue to use them because they did the job well and finished it in a good amount of time as well. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They made sure to answer all of our questions. The part that I liked most about them was the fact that they did not leave any mess after the work was completed.

Once everything was completed I was very satisfied with the work that was performed, but I did run into problems with this company when scheduling the time for the work to be done. They told me initially it would be installed in about 2 weeks, but it took 2 months.
