Supposed to give me an email quote never did never gave me an estimate or nothing so they can go to ****

Very pleased with responsiveness, punctuality, performance. Would definitely consider again. Did work two other companies turned down. Best of all, price was far less than I expected.

My bad for waiting a little bit too late in season? Wasn't able to find anyone else to provide an estimate so I went with Niagara Gutter (Called 2 other companies on Angies but one wasn't accepting new clients and the other one never returned my call.) Rep came out and estimated I needed 85 ft of their preferred product, LeafFilter (aluminum, perforated gutter covering). With gutter guard install the cleaning would be included. He gave me his "minimum price" quote: $500. I accepted. (Thought it was "fair" but not great; and like I said no one else responded). No deposit required (check or cash only; amount due at install time). Was told to expect a 4-6 week wait but someone would call before my install date. About a month later I received a $500 invoice in the mail for cleaning and guard install. So I looked out my second floor window to confirm. I was surprised and glad for the work done, but not pleased no one even bothered to call/leave a message or more preferred, to call ahead and confirm a date/time for install. I called the office and spoke with Joanne. She expressed understanding for my desire to be present to monitor the work. She expressed surprise that I didn't even receive a phone call attempting to reach me. She imagined they were in the neighborhood and stopped by on the spur of the moment. From my point of view that doesn't excuse no heads up or after the fact call to me. I imagine they cleaned and flushed all the gutter segments but I didn't witness the work. I can see the guards were placed by looking out various second floor windows. As far as recommending to others: I might but I have no reference point to what other companies would charge or their professionalism. But I definitely would insist upfront they call and arrange a date/time when you'll be home before they start work.

I was called and I returned the call outlining my work project interest; I was not called back and thus am using a different gutter placement company recommended by a neighbor.

started fine, then workers found some rotten wood. they were great gave me a quote and said they would be back. About two weeks later I received a final bill, but work was not finished and no mention of extra work that was needed on bill. I called and the office knew nothing about it and they had been under the impression work was done. I received a call from the estimator who apologized and offered to charge only by the square foot, which was a lower price because of the error. Workers came and did a great job and gave me a price owed. I said I would pay when billed, and they were fine with this. When the bill came I was charged an extra $261.00 for soffit work which was not part of agreement. When I called the office they said they would get back and after a few days called and reduced the price by the$261.00. This may have been an unfortunate case of miscommunication, but I feel it should be noted and thus the B rating.The workers who came to the house were great and all communication between myself and company representatives was friendly and respectful. I would recommend ,with the advisory to make sure all is in writing.

They did a very nice job; however, they were about to leave and forgot to finish some nail work and replace a board. Once I pointed this out, they jumped out of the truck and completed the work. I was happy I was there to notice, perhaps they would have missed it. Also, there was some mud splashed on the house, that they didn't clean up. They also left a muddy spots on the ground which I had to clean up myself. However, they did help me with my water barrel.

Put gutters up when winter came icicles formed behind gutters. Had then come out and was told that is the way they are. Might come out when they thaw out and readjust never saw them. Was told by another company that the gutters are hung to.low and need to be done again.now I have to pay another company to fix PROPERLY.

Perfect. Couldn't have asked for s better experience. We live 4 hours away and this is our rental. They worked with us to make sure work was done perfectly. And they did a fantastic job.

They did a great job replacing our back gutter and downspout on our garage! The guys showed up on time and did a very efficient job!

Wonderful. They are more expensive than other gutter cleaning companies but you get what you pay for. The wee prompt (immediate) professional and came back to add elbows and downspouts and no extra cost. Wonderful communication and service.

They had excellent communication, arrived promptly at the appointment time with 3 workman and a big box truck. They went to work on cleaning/scraping, adjusting, sealing and re-securing all gutters and downspouts including replacing a small section of downspout which they color matched with paint they keep with them in their truck. After the job was complete, the foreman walked me around the house and discussed what they found and what they did. The job took approximately 1 hour 10 minutes to complete, including setup, takedown and cleanup. I had called other contractors before calling Niagara Gutter, and Niagara Gutter's full repair and clean service was about the same cost as what other contractors wanted to just re-secure the small section (approx 6') of gutter. It's rare to find such an exceptional service company - Niagara Gutters is a company I would use again.

Niagara Gutter was the lowest estimate of the 3 or 4 quotes. They were the only ones that didn't try and over sell me. they said that I really didnt need to lower porch gutter replaced. The replaced a minimal amount of rotted wood and replaced the facia that had previously blown off. The facia that they had replaced blew off a week later, they came back and repaired it for free.

I wanted to replace 84 linear feet of gutters. Two straight runs only, each 42 feet long.. I thought that the Big Deal was for gutter replacement only. Apparently there was fine print that I didn't pick up on or didn't understand well that required the gutters to have a leaf relief system included with the gutters. Frankly, I didn't even understand what the Leaf Relief system included, probably my error in not asking the proper question. The price for the gutters was reasonable but the price for the leaf relief system almost doubled the cost. When I requested the gutters only be installed, I was informed that they would have to come out and re-estimate the work. This was not what I had considered a fair practice. Angie's list was suppose to send me a check for the return of the initial price that I had paid for the service, but I haven't received that check as of yet, although I do still expect to. The whole experience was somewhat of a let down. This company has been in business for quite some time. I am sure that they have many satisfied customers unfortunately it did not work out well for me. Who's fault? Mine? Theirs? Most likely both of ours.

They were the first to call back after reaching out to Angie's list. A gentleman by the name of Keith called me and was able to fit me in the very next day. He did not try to "jack up" the price by selling me and entire 30' gutter like another company did. This other company gave me an estimate for over $300 and said they had to replace the entire gutter. He only replaced the part that was damaged due to an little accident. He even turned the extention to drain in a different direction so that it would not flow directly into the driveway which was making it very icy. He was very courteous and accommodating to all who were in his presence at any given time. I would highly reccommend this company.

The man who came out was very professional. He was on time. We received an honest, all cost, up front estimate.

Great experience using Niagara Gutter. They replace 3 areas of damaged gutters that occurred from a massive lake effect snowstorm in November. They arrived on time were very courteous and friendly and completed the job in less than 90 minutes. I highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters replaced or installed

The young men showed up on time and were so very quick at their job. They knew what they were doing. My husband and I were both pleased with the job they did.

I called them to request a quote for cutting soffit vents in my soffits. I was told they don't really do that type of work, even though their profile says they do.

Everything went great. They were very responsive to my needs. When delayed by other jobs (by only 30 minutes), they called and notified me. Even though the job was very small, it felt like I received the attention for a much larger job.

Contacted 2 gutter companies off Angie's List. Niagara Gutter answered promptly, other companies did not until the second call. Niagara Gutter met with me/us, gave an price that was less than the other company. They came out when they stated they would and finished in a timely fashion.
