Description of Work: They replaced pull chains with wall switches in 4 rooms and installed ceiling fans in 2 rooms.

Description of Work: We needed some outside outlets repaired. The electrician was right on time and was very professional and efficient, and also very nice and personable. I felt the price was appropriate for what we wanted. My only concern was that it was difficult to schedule; I had a hard time getting through to a person at the company to schedule an appointment. When I did, they said someone would get back in touch with me, and then no one did. I had to call several times before the appointment got scheduled, but then once it was, I was very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: They never called me back from the initial call I made to set up an appointment to look at the work

Description of Work: Palmer Electric came over and gave me a quoe for a new entrance of $775.00 however they told me there is no way that I would need one and that the existing common -ground on the house had to be somewhere else. On that advice I called National Grid for the 7th time and they finally confessed and found the lead wire from the pole to the house had burned through even though it was replaced 2 years ago. Palmer could have went a head and did the job but they are so honest and upright that their ethics will not let them do that. I plan on using them for my sunroom addition I am starting this spring. You can trust them, the ladies are excellent, they confirm everything and quote an honest price. There is a coupon for Angies List on their website. Top shelf!

Description of Work: Very professional young man who went right to work and fixed what my nephew wasn't able to figure out. My house is 78 years old, so there is always a surprise to find out what was/was not done properly when repairs are needed. The light fixtures in the dining room ceiling, on the upstairs landing and the upstairs needed to be replaced. The young man was able to put in the proper boxes without wading through the attic. He had to drill through the celing upstairs but was efficient and cleaned up every speck of plaster and wood. I wanted it done on the same day as the phone call and they were able to oblige so I was very pleased.

Description of Work: I called with a minor electrical repair of an outside back door light but needed it repaired quickly since I was going away. They scheduled for the next day but called me back and said they had someone who would stop on his way home. It turned out he lived on my street. He was not only professional but very nice and had the repair done in a matter of a few minutes. It was a great experience that was done super prompt and efficient.

Description of Work: MADE A CALL TO HAVE RECESSED LIGHTING PUT IN HOME OFFICE AND THE OFFICE CALLED THE VERY NEXT MORNING TO SCHEDULE A TIME AND ALSO GAVE ME THE NAME OF THE ELECTRICIAN. HE SHOWED UP AT TIME HE WAS SAID TO BE THERE CAME IN MADE A COUPLE GOOD SUGGESTIONS ON HOW HE WOULD RECOMMEND PROCEEDING (WITH BOOTIES ON I MIGHT ADD) LAID DOWN PLASTIC IN ENTIRE WORK AREA FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND LEFT WORK AREA IN A BETTER STATE THEN WHEN HE GOT HERE. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND PALMER ELECTRIC FOR ANY ELECTRICAL WORK THAT YOU MAY HAVE (THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED THEM) EVERY EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD HAS BEEN PERFECT
